Wasn’t she stumbling around on the red carpet before this?

HereOnCompanyTime Apr 11, 2026 +267
Yes. But this is the PR answer her team is going to push.
267
futuranotfree Apr 11, 2026 +52
she literally admitted to relapsing on twitter in january and is generally very ooen, i dont know why she/her team would lie now.

Anamorphisms Apr 11, 2026 +19
Isn’t she starring in a big show that’s about to premiere on hbo? There are some very wealthy people who work on behalf of some very wealthy shareholders who would be inclined to mitigate certain public embarrassments that might serve to undermine the public’s perception of the project, even if she’s a relatively minor part of it. Whether it’s directors sleeping with teenagers, producers punching old ladies at casting calls, OR (like in this case), just as you’re kicking off a marketing campaign which will cost somewhere north of $50 million dollars, a lead actresses seems to have a scheduling conflict, she’s *checks notes* scheduled for a two week long bender. Instead of the promotional circuit, she’s heading down a dark path self-destruction, sniffing and smoking all sorts a drugs, and not planning on stopping. Things are so bad she’s even getting kicked off respectable airlines for behavior would only conceivably be allowed on spirit. Coke, amphetamines, whippets, Chinese looksmaxxing peptides, the girl’s out of control. Years from now this will all be become a great marketing opportunity to sell her comeback comedy tour. But first just she needs to go to rehab and get Olivia munn pregnant. It’s a process, but she’ll get there.

InSignificantEnTitty Apr 11, 2026 +8
So glad I read this all the way through hahaha. Although insensitive, id love to see a show about Natasha Leon navigating relapsing while she’s getting the big break she deserves. Her life does seem like a show in itself.

Maybe there was ice on the red carpet.

NotYourGa1Friday Apr 11, 2026 +2
So was she
2
Difficult_Ad2864 Apr 11, 2026 +6
She had one right before that too
6
No_Use_9652 Apr 11, 2026 -4
I’m not saying she’s being completely honest here but a medication issue makes more sense than just being trashed. If she was stumbling on the carpet she wouldn’t have made it to the flight on her own two feet.
-4
FadeTheWonder Apr 11, 2026 +33
That is highly dependent on what drug and if it was different ones/cocktails each time.
33
SwingKey3599 Apr 11, 2026 +2
i mean…it was all one evening.. she probably took a Klonopin forgot to eat and had a sip of champagne. thats literally all it takes if you are small enough. happened to me once in college and i was at the time a 170lb man  (still man but went to 230 and came back since then)
2
ChinesePizza32 Apr 11, 2026 +24
Big assumption on your part
24
SwingKey3599 Apr 11, 2026 -7
what is the assumption? all the press is literally from one evening and she has been sober for a while now…
-7
SteelLegion49 Apr 11, 2026 +13
Klonopin is a relapse
13
SwingKey3599 Apr 11, 2026 -3
im not saying that was it but it is a commonly prescribed sedative. if its a prescribed sedative and if she doesnt lapse into regular use again then im counting it as the dr’s shit call. but you can be unforgiving and shitty if you want.
-3
SteelLegion49 Apr 11, 2026 +22
I’m an addict, taking Klonopin and getting kicked off a plane is a relapse I don’t gaf
22
Rainbow4Bronte Apr 11, 2026 +8
I’m knowledgeable in this area. Yeah I’m not prescribing someone with a history of opioid use disorder some benzodiazepines. So, her publicist can say anything. Maybe it was prescribed by a dumb ass. Maybe it wasn’t prescribed at all. Also common sense would dictate that you wouldn’t go on a red carpet noticeably intoxicated unless you have an issue. She has known addiction and she goes on a red carpet on sedatives. By accident. Yeah, sure ok. If you don’t know when you’re too intoxicated that’s also a problem.
8
SwingKey3599 Apr 11, 2026 -6
OK, that’s neat, taking a prescribed sedative and getting kicked off a plane for not doing your seat belt doesnt really sound like a relapse to me, but I’m not trying to evaluate other people’s sobriety in order to uphold my own. or look down on them from my own relapse as the case may be. but maybe putting pressure on addicts to never relapse/be accountable to everyone for any lapse in judgement or trust is actually good for the process and not overly putative and puritanical. so much to think about …
-6
Anxious-Condition630 Apr 11, 2026 +9
She’s relapsed at least twice, admittedly this year…what’s a while? It’s a daily struggle.
9
livahd Apr 11, 2026 +8
I’ve done wild shit on like a beer and a touch of Xanax, and have zero recollection the next day.
8
PinchedTazerZ0 Apr 11, 2026 +7
I ended up with a stop sign attached to a pole in my apartment one day after mixing bars and booze. Glad I don't do that shit anymore but at least I can't remember most of that period
7
SwingKey3599 Apr 11, 2026 +7
bro a beer and any xanax… that was my go to “the walls wont stop vibrating” parachute back in the day…. that said, I think if Natasha doesn’t pull any more shit in the next couple days, it was just a fluke.
7
livahd Apr 11, 2026 +2
Yea, I took it occasionally for sleep, but then my wife would find disassembled electronics strewn about the kitchen that I was very intently working on before falling out
2
SwingKey3599 Apr 11, 2026 +2
that sounds more like ambien tbh but they are both gabba agonists
2
livahd Apr 11, 2026 +1
Yea, ambien doesn’t really do much for me. Sometimes I had a script for seroquel, which would cause intense munchies then I’d be down for the count. Alprazolam, if I hit the sweet spot I’d be out like a light, but any deviation would cause me to black out and do weird shit. Thank god I’m not violent, cause I can totally see how people wake up the next day not knowing the horror they’ve caused. I’ve never blacked out on alcohol or anything else either, but Xanax is a hell of a drug
1
SwingKey3599 Apr 11, 2026 +1
xanax and kolonopin mixed with alcohol are the only things to ever cause me to black out, i really didnt do them much but that kind of parachute was necessary occasionally when i was hitting the clubs for work. i was prescribed seroquel for my sleep issues too and it caused hormonal issues to me that took years to recover from, every lithium derivative ive taken has fucked with me though. in my more sensible current reality i take melatonin and an excessive amount of early morning exercise to regulate my circadian rhythm by force😅 it kinda works.
1
_AmericasSweetheart_ Apr 11, 2026 +1
Should she be using klonopin as a former heroin addict?
1
SwingKey3599 Apr 11, 2026
it could have just as easily been seroquel. the suggested sedative is not the point
0
_AmericasSweetheart_ Apr 11, 2026
From your other comments it sounds like you did not have a healthy relationship with substances. I don't think you should be out here normalizing taking klonopin and alcohol because you were at the club all night.
0
SwingKey3599 Apr 12, 2026 +1
not really normalizing it. but we should definitely clutch our pearls as tightly as possible and make sure lyons feels all of the internets wrath for potentially relapsing! she personally owes you an explanation.
1
MF_Kitten Apr 11, 2026 +1
Both can be true.
1
MRintheKEYS Apr 11, 2026 +1
Yes but that was a different prescription
1
coglionegrande Apr 12, 2026 +1
Get better PR people, Natasha. You had plenty of time to sort out proper dosing prior to boarding with or without adding other substances to the cocktail.
1
Zealousideal_Bad_922 Apr 11, 2026 +1
Well it wasn’t HER prescription! You can’t party on your own scripts, what is this, amateur hour?
1
Hungry-Atmosphere22 Apr 11, 2026
Yes because she’s a f****** junkie
0
Alternative_Fee1447 Apr 11, 2026 +134
She could barely stand up at the Euphoria premiere. She was leaning on people.
134
xX_7HR0W-4W4Y_Xx Apr 11, 2026 +37
Plus she looked like she got dressed in the dark
37
not_responsible Apr 11, 2026 +4
doesn’t mean her xanax wasn’t legally prescribed. Bars do that and it’s a really sad addiction
4
Palatialpotato1984 Apr 11, 2026 +7
if ur taking xanax every day you would have to take way more than 2 mg to be that level of fucked up
7
PointOfFingers Apr 11, 2026 +211
Making a mistake and getting thrown off a plane then saying you are a victim of ICE is a pretty wild swing.
211
wrenbell Apr 11, 2026 +163
It was incredibly tone deaf when she said, "ICE had other plans & I was detained instead. Sign of the times, I guess. ." I gawked. BECAUSE WHAT DO YOU MEAN, Natasha???? You're a white, millionaire actress who took a Lunesta before your flight. You got belligerant and wouldn't stow your laptop for take-off, so they kicked you off the plane. ICE didn't detain you. (Even DHS put out a statement saying they weren't involved--not that their word means jackshit, but I digress). Just so tasteless for her to compare this incident to an immigrant's plight.
163
lsb1027 Apr 11, 2026 +28
Honestly I thought it was probably ICE since weren’t they manning the airports these days? That’s how I read it.
28
WalterPecky Apr 11, 2026 +11
I'm confused by people homing in on the ICE angle. Are they not aware of the whole... TSA not being funded + replaced by ICE agents?
11
Anxious-Condition630 Apr 11, 2026 +17
ICE went home yesterday after their paychecks showed up. She literally picked the worst day to lie about ICE (like them or not)…they’re at home watching saying “WTF, we’re not even there…” https://www.cnn.com/2026/04/09/us/ice-leaving-checkpoints Also, unruly passengers were never the jurisdiction for DHS/TSA/ICE/CBP…it’s local police that respond. Watch any video like the lizard lady getting taken out, it’s local police.
17
Morningfluid Apr 11, 2026 +2
She wasn't listening to the flight attendant and could barely respond. Flight attendant essentially kicked her off.
2
wrenbell Apr 11, 2026 +1
to my understanding, usually it's just airport police that handles 'unruly passenger' removals--not TSA. However, I will say...the fact that ICE is being used as supplemental TSA in the first place is so unprecedented. Who knows what other security functions they may have assisted with 🤷🏾‍♀️. Especially when Bovino was in power, they were operating on an 'anything goes' basis. So nothing surprises me anymore.
1
Dramatic_View_5340 Apr 11, 2026 -1
Maybe she said that while still on the medication? And yes, ICE is manning all tsa positions that are open due to them not getting paid right now.
-1
wrenbell Apr 11, 2026 +5
My understanding is that airport police (not TSA) are responsible for doing unruly passenger removals. So, in theory, she still wouldn't have come into contact with ICE at all.
5
cherrylimebongwatr Apr 11, 2026 +2
This is correct. I was a flight attendant for 5 years and had a very similar situation happen once with a passenger but the gate agent called the police and they came into the aircraft and escorted the woman off and hauled her away. TSA doesn’t get involved with these kind of situations so I don’t see why ICE would either.

I had a few

From someone who has partied before to another… Natasha girl…you are flying high/low. Really. Those pics that are recent. She def using/misusing. Not from a place of judgement. See first sentence. Just hope it ends well.

Taking a prescription sedative as someone who had just relapsed?
23
tullbabes Apr 11, 2026 +11
It doesn’t sound great. Though “sobriety” means different things to different people.
11
twinpinemall85 Apr 11, 2026 +5
That's true! I just hope she's being truthful about it just being a heavy duty prescribed med and nothing else. and if she is being honest, hopefully it doesn't jeopardize anything for her addiction sucks :(
5
thrillafrommanilla_1 Apr 11, 2026 +6
She’s a recovering heroin addict that caused a heart problem. She wouldn’t be able to get her Dr to prescribe that kind of thing.
6
sleep-is-but-a-dream Apr 11, 2026 +3
Michael Jackson had a Dr that was using hospital grade anesthesia at home for sleep. For the right amount of money you can find doctors willing to do a lot of things.
3
thrillafrommanilla_1 Apr 11, 2026 +1
Understood. But she’s not getting it thru legit doctoring. And it’s likely not the substance she said. She’s a heroin addict.
1
BaltimoreCrabSoup Apr 11, 2026 +21
I took ambien once and did some crazy stuff but never took it again.
21
TheOriginalJellyfish Apr 11, 2026 +12
The last time I took Ambien, I was visiting family. They told me that after excusing myself for bed, I came back downstairs a few minutes later to hang out and drink white russians I had no memory of doing any of it.
12
BaltimoreCrabSoup Apr 11, 2026 +10
Apparently I had entire telephone conversations with people, made plans I didn’t remember, cooked food. All in one night. Don’t remember a thing and that terrified me enough. I embrace insomnia now.
10
GoldDustWoman85 Apr 12, 2026 +1
I've been addicted to Ambien for years. The sleep eating really sucks.
1
arifish Apr 11, 2026 +7
I kicked my laptop clear across a room on ambien
7
SeaBassAHo-20 Apr 11, 2026 +3
Like Mr. Hankey the Christmas Poo!
3
TERRAIN_PULL_UP_ Apr 11, 2026 +2
That was benzos for me (xanax, etc.)
2
CoherentBusyDucks Apr 11, 2026 +2
I was prescribed ambien while pregnant and took it once and then couldn’t get out of bed to pee. Like physically could not move. It was the weirdest experience. My husband had to actually lift me up and take me to the bathroom. Never took it again.
2
publicBoogalloo Apr 11, 2026 +1
I was given ambien after being in labor for more than a day.
1
temperedolive Apr 11, 2026 +2
I was prescribed Ambien at one point while dealing with some severe insomnia. I went to fill the script and the pharmacist was like... I really recommend you don't take these. I did the research and then threw them out. I'd rather not sleep.
2
sucobe Apr 11, 2026 +9
So she retracted that ICE statement pretty quick
9
thrillafrommanilla_1 Apr 11, 2026 +1
Oh did she?
1
Wbino Apr 11, 2026 +12
What doctor is giving someone with a drug issue a sedative that is strong enough to cause major drowsiness?
12
sleep-is-but-a-dream Apr 11, 2026 +2
In certain circles for the right amount of money you can find doctors willing to prescribe just about anything.

95% of them

It's addictive, but not at the level of benzos
4
iciclemomore Apr 11, 2026 +2
To clarify, I meant that she did not in fact take lunesta but Xanax.
2
smiskam Apr 11, 2026 +2
Oh lunesta is just as strong
2
ChinesePizza32 Apr 11, 2026 +2
It is not close to being equally addictive as Xanax
2
tullbabes Apr 11, 2026 +1
Incorrect. Benzo withdraw will kill you.
1
thrillafrommanilla_1 Apr 11, 2026 +3
She’s a recovering heroin addict and had a heart problem because of its She shouldn’t be taking Lunesta. No doctor would prescribe it for her. She’s lying. Seems she’s in active use right now and in denial about it. Seen this before. Let’s hope she’s ready for help before it’s too late.
3
daerath Apr 11, 2026 +13
Ok. That flight is a maximum of 5:30 hours. You don't pop a sedatitive for that. Either it lasts beyond the arrival time or you're asleep before it starts. It's five and a half hours. Just drink coffee and get a f****** neck pillow. And you know she flew first class, so recline that seat, drink a gin and tonic and sleep the flight away.
13
flamingdonkey Apr 11, 2026 -1
Five and a half hours is *really* long if you're afraid of flying. Not saying she is, but calling a 5.5 hour flight short is crazy.

2
TrailerParkFrench Apr 11, 2026 +2
And before that, and after that.
2
dakotanorth8 Apr 11, 2026 +2
Ambien absolutely messes you up if you fight it or don’t fall asleep on time. And Xanax (with alc) can turn you literally into a 180 personality person. Tough times in the skies
2
PsychologicalSize365 Apr 11, 2026 +2
If a doctor prescribed a narcotic to a recently relapsed addict, he would be liable to lose his license. It’s literally the exact thing you avoid in order to help the patient. I doubt the lie wholeheartedly. This is simply not making sense.
2
MenStefani Apr 11, 2026 +2
Not to be rude but it’s giving when Tara Reid claimed she was roofied recently because she made a sloppy mess of herself at a hotel bar. The hotel even released video footage. Ironically Tara and Natasha play best friends in the American Pie movies

3

Private aircraft are a thing with some film companies especially when the location is off the regular airline routes.
2
MenStefani Apr 11, 2026 +2
She doesn’t have that kind of money… she’s on a work trip. Celebs of her caliber that fly private do it very rarely for special occasions. Most of them fly commercial

Ambien, I’d believe it. Lunesta, doubtful unless with other substances.
0
Mr-Safety Apr 11, 2026 +1
Never take sedatives before take off and landing. You need your wits about you in case of emergency. If it’s a long haul business class flight, don’t switch to slippers until cruising altitude since your shoes should be on for evacuation. Wear practical footwear (no high heels) and dress in natural fabrics like cotton. (In a fire synthetics can melt onto your skin) The odds on an emergency are very small but it’s trivial to make few safer choices as you get ready. Oh, and for f*cks sake, DO NOT reach for any luggage in an emergency evacuation. People die that way since fires can spread quickly.
