Though, it’s mostly just talk on Spain’s part. For instance, Spain choosing to do a carve out of their new Israeli tech ban to allow Airbus to continue using Israeli tech to manufacture military equipment in their Spanish facilities.

Eh, Spain has been a hostile country to Israel for plenty of years. This isn't changing anything. Israel also doesn't really need to care about changing it, as economically, militarily and diplomatically, Spain doesn't really matter much to Israel. Spain also cannot mobilize through sanctions in a realistic way as this is through the EU, where even during the Gaza war, there wasn't majority support for limited sanctions.
Countries tend to not lose much when already hostile countries say they are upset, because hostile countries tend to have already burned through any material means of leverage. In the case of Spain, it either did so (e.g. effectively zero defense exports for many many years) or is simply unable to threaten anything because it's not in their power (economic sanctions)

I think this applies to any country in this stupid unnecessary war. Both have done fucked shit. I’m just so sick of all these countries doing evil and horrible shit and that affecting innocent men, women, and children. Iran uses child soldier and to clear minefields and Israel blew up Gaza children, and America has a president involved with Epstein. Can these men, women, and children not have normal lives?
4
yosisoy2 days ago
+6
You think Israeli children have normal lives? This region is fucked and has been fucked since the British and French fucked it over a hundred years ago
6
Kalsto62 days ago
Israeli children have to go and hide in bunkers almost everyday especially if they live in Deir al-Asad and other town that Hezbollah targets from Litani River. Western nations have normalised this for 30 years, you have to dig in Israeli newspapers to even see this if you're a westerner. Israel used to be the most left wing country in the world, more than US, more than anyone else and earlier but if you grew up always worried about when the next rocket will hit you, you're going to choose the right wing people who can promise you that safety.
Btw, British could've let Jordan take all the Arabs out of Mandatory Palestine, they had thousands of years of history to know exactly what the f*** was going to happen. Syria and Jordan got lands and had expelled all their Jews to Mandatory Palestine, they would've taken people for Transjordan and there would hardly be any bloodshed.
