So Trump & Republicans are to blame for another death...

This headline is a bit confusing. It’s suggesting the TSA person was late heading to the crash scene? So the crash already happened?

NTSB investigates these accidents and it sounds like a key investigator was delayed in getting to LGA.

So then this has nothing to do with the deaths then.

So, instead of having any expert in NY, MA, CT, NJ or the entire east coast, they send someone from Houston? And then blame the TSA for the delay?

They do kind of go all over. But, in my opinion most of the problems in aviation are caused by money. Not having money, trying to make too much money and so on. Would a second controller have stopped that fire truck incursion on the runway? It’s hard to say, but it sure seems like these busier than ever costal airports have major problems. It’s wild that LGA is even running with one controller at any time of the day. I thought the same thing about Dulles.

My question is why anyone in the NTSB tasked with investigating aircraft incidents would have to go through TSA.
