I got it from a turtle in college. Sickest I have ever been in my life. I had to use my roommate’s bathroom because his tub was closer to the toilet, and I had to projectile vomit while simultaneously projectile shitting. I couldn’t even keep water down for close to a week.

I felt so sick inside a taxi yesterday I thought I was going to die. I couldn't even think straight. I'm cemented into my head that if I ever feel like that again I'm going to ask the taxi driver to stop and I'm just going to try to remember to shit in the street. Not worth dying over.

Yeah, like when you really need to vomit. I had a pang in my bowels and needed to go desperately. Bad diarrhoea type feeling. Then I started to get ringing in my ears, severe cold sweats, and vision narrowing. It was horrendous. Lasted about ten minutes... Felt like. Wasn't sure it was going to end before I pooed. Was trying to plan what to do in my increasingly limited cognitive capacity and couldn't find a solution. Terrifying.

I've had this exact thing happen on two occasions. The second time I actually passed out in a train car and had to go to the ER to get checked out. I think in the future I know to just lay down and accept the temporary embarrassment.
