Nutrition is 80% of what you think exercise will fix

Trained hard for two years and saw minimal body composition change. Tracked food for three months and the changes were dramatic. The cliche is true. You cannot out-train a bad diet. Not because of calories burned during exercise but because the physiological signals food sends completely overwhelm exercise signals.
