The fact that he’s not already out of office from impeachment or being held accountable to his many crimes puts our country’s legal system to shame.

That it seemed so *easy* to destabilise the entire function of *all* branches of your government *and* your Judiciary is still staggering to me. Looking at it now, it has all the vibes of a slow coup. It shows just how fragile democracy is, and why now - more than ever - all decent people need to fight for it.

Judge Cannon covered up that the evidence showed he stole classified documents to profit from them financially.

No fascism in history responded to non violent protests. There is no diplomatic resolution to genocidal theocracy.

I hear this one will have a side walk dance. Have you factored that in?

Report Just in: Animal costumes and dancing are generally ineffective against a genocidal fascism.

I imagine they try to make it a party with costumes and all so that they don’t get f****** shot dead by federal agents. It’s frustrating, but the government *really* wants there to be ANY amount of violence at a protest so they can enact martial law and start massacring citizens. Its been their entire goal from the start

Well, we had to try.

Go organize your own nationwide protest then if you think you can do better.

I see these as more of a networking event. I don't think anyone should expect republicans to do anything in response to these protests other than mock them. They are fun. There are no other community events that occur at this scale, and that's the important piece to me. I wish they occurred more frequently, because it is difficult to develop meaningful connections across organizations with only one every four to six months.

Need like 12-18 million people to show up nationwide.

And then what?

Then we label them, domestic terrorists. Send in ICE and that’s all she wrote.

I mean, it's good to protest but trump knows that come Monday people go back to their jobs etc... so the impact is, well, lessened. Now if people were able to organise themselves to meet up around the Whitehouse whilst trump is definitely there, the coverage and impact of such a siege would be considerable, especially given how thin-skinned he is.

These protests show unity and that we aren't alone. It is important to sustain this pressure on those with power. These Republicans work for us although they've forgotten.

The protests need to keep growing but there is no way to remove Trump. The Senate GOP are in lockstep and are riding the Trump train right over the cliff Back to the Future 3 style. Protests keep people asking questions.

That phrase is so illiterate it reminds me of Hakeem Jefferies.

This number should be 50-60 million at this point. So many people have become affected by this administration's poor economic policies. Gas is most likely gonna get to $6 / gallon in a couple months, unemployment is going to continue to get worse.

One million is a fraction of a percent of the population of this country. Come back when it’s like at least 1?

He poses a direct threat *to the world*, Americans, but sure you just focus on you. As always.

I will bet $100 that this is a lie. You have never seen a crowd of people in excess of 100 people arguing about pineapple on pizza. A crowd meaning living breathing humans in the world. For the record, it is delicious.

The opinion of .30% of the population doesn't really make a difference to anyone, anywhere. It's common sense that Trump is a monster and deserves worse than impeachment but "statistics" like this do more harm than good imo. It trivializes the reality that his policies and administration have created by attaching a meaningless number to what is objectively horrible governance.

You can be sure the dung piles of the last 50 years are being cleaned up under Trump. Get use to it!
