It’s a really poor headline from ABC Australia, but I didn’t want to break the rules by adding more information to the headline. From the article: *About 250 people, including children, are missing in the Andaman Sea.* *According to the United Nations, the boat had left southern Bangladesh en route to Malaysia with Rohingya refugees and Bangladeshi nationals on board.*

They would be illegal immigrants there and would most likely be deported back. Illegal immigration into the Indian border states is already a huge problem in the country, they will definitely not be getting asylum like they might get in Malaysia.

They have updated it now to **More than 250 missing after boat with Rohingya refugees and Bangladeshi nationals sinks in Andaman Sea** But the crappy headline I have posted *Overcrowded boat sinks in rough seas with 250 people on board* was the full, original ABC headline, which left basic information such as who were the people on the boat - and where the disaster occurred - out of the headline altogether.
