People on the Hill, and this article, are saying that she tipped off Swalwell about incoming prosecution. Personally, I doubt that was the full reason. She wasn't able to sway the Supreme Court with the insane position of citizenship, and while she broke a lot of laws covering up the Epstein files, Trump doesn't think she broke enough of them. And, she's a woman, so that is at least part of it in Trumpist's minds.

Her not bending laws to go after his perceived enemies to grab headlines and bury Epstein headlines while reaping vengeance against said enemies was a failure in the hamster wheel

Exactly. Which is why she'll continue to serve (and be paid for by taxpayers) some made up new appointment so as to be more difficult to call and testify due to 'classified/scheduling' etc until it doesnt matter anymore.
