Historic moment: Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland are all lead by nationalistic/separatist parties, in different degrees. I don't think Plaid Cymru is actively striving for a Cymrxwt (I feel like the Welsh equivalent for Brexit should not be allowed to use actual vowels) like Sinn Fein or SNP are, but I think it's still a clear sign of the times. Less trust to Westminster, more trust to local politians, Westminster has let them down long enough.
Anyhow, very glad they beat Reform.

I'd love to see Cornwall join the ranks, too.

As an ex Londoner living in Cornwall, there's too many ex Londoners living in Cornwall for any sort of real nationalism.

"Taking back our freedom!"
...
"No, not like that!"
I'm hoping for a Norxit next or even a West Midxit.

Boy the scrabble players are gonna love it if and when Cymrxwt becomes a thing. Sure the Welsh would enjoy it too but not as much.

Well. At least it wasn't Reform! (Actually, Plaid Cymru seems decent...)
