If you walk away it’s a good landing. If you can use the plane again it’s a great landing.

Phew, at least it landed safely. In my part of the world 6-7 American aircrafts were not able to land after taking off since 28 Feb.

It's a brief article but looking at the picture that is a really narrow space they landed on.
Even if landing at a airport runway it would be expected for a airplane to be able to land in a straight path. There is still more room in case something goes wrong and a road has to be different.
