Asking *Poland* of all countries for a favor so you can go kiss the ring in Moscow is a wildly bold strategy. Enjoy the massive detour, buddy.

Why is the parade in Moscow anyway. Do it in Paris they have an arch and everything.

it’s a Russian parade…

It doesn't have to be. There's no reason nations couldn't host the parade elsewhere.

Theyve barely been able to keep the Soviet Victory Monument in Germany open where it is often referred to as The Tomb of the Unknown Rapist and this was before the Ukraine war dont think a Soviet victory parade gonna fly anywhere for awhile

As far as i’m aware it commemorates the soviet victory tho, the russian victory. Itd be like the french having a 4th of july parade because they were also fighting the brits.

Slovaks that fought Hitler did it in the Soviet Army.

So do you understand what this parade is?

They literally do that, just one day prior to the russian victory day parade.

So why even go to tge Russian one

Irr3l3ph4nt 3 days ago +4
Because the Slovaks that rebelled against the Berlin-friendly regime joined the Soviets to fight the Germans.

It is better to have them get a slimmer of hope before so you can crush it

Make the journey so inconvenient the b******'s quickest way to get to Moscow would be flying west.

I don't see the merit for Poland to allow easy pass to Putin's lackey.

What’s the problem? Straight East. The Ukrainians want notice

I mean the answer should be the same as last year. No. Go the long way around if you want to go. Or Ukraine can let him fly over their country fly over donbas and see if he makes it.

Nah, he can walk.

It is just politics by Slovakia. Making sure that everybody knows that they are rejected. There is a viable option via Istanbul for everybody that wishes to fly to Moscow from Europe. That option is also available to the Slovak PM.

Then Slovakia finds another route. Poland can control their airspace.

Anyone from Slovakia enlightens me on this? I thought Slovakia has always been the nation close to the West since the era of Cold War in Balkan. Its location decides it too. And its economy has always been one of the best in Balkan. Sicne when did it draw to the orbit of Russia? Or just a particular politician/party?
