This was what was titled “Flowervale Street” for the longest time, right?

aduong Mar 26, 2026 +108
Yup

VT_Squire Mar 26, 2026 +121
So what I am getting is that Oak street sits next to Colverfield lane, but the twist is that it was called Elm street the whole time.

Embarrassed-Sun6917 Mar 28, 2026 +1
i can't keep track of what this movie is called let alone whether i want to watch it.
1
prathbob90 Mar 26, 2026 +11
Wasn't Oscar Issac supposed to be one of the leads?
11
SonnySwanson Mar 26, 2026 +94
That name would have more closely tied it to the Cloverfield universe (10 Cloverfield Lane)
94
Lucky_Locks Mar 26, 2026 +47
And wasn't 10 Cloverfield Lane called something else before too? Like Cellar?
47
SkyNo2670 Mar 26, 2026 +58
I was disappointed, but not surprised, to learn years ago that all of the films in the Cloverfield universe were original scripts that were just retooled slightly to fit into the universe. I don’t know for sure about Cloverfield Lanes original title, but that does sound familiar. The original is one of my favorite found footage films, and an all time internet experience with the viral ARG stuff they had going on prior to its release. Speaking of found footage horror, I just watch a movie called 1974: La posesión de Altair that I can’t recommend enough. Was impossible to find online so I wound up purchasing a Blu-ray copy from Cauldron video for only $10. Felt good to buy a movie (I don’t pay for streaming media in any fashion btw, I’m not subscribing to billionaires).

vewfndr Mar 26, 2026 +30
The Cloverfield stuff and ilovebees were great internet
30
legitimate_business Mar 26, 2026 +16
OMG I thought I was the only one who remembered the ilovebees ARG
16
Patience_Duck Mar 27, 2026 +4
I once convinced some people on ilovebees that I was Cortana and my AI was trapped inside the website somehow. Fooled some people for a little bit.
4
curiousiah Mar 26, 2026 +25
It’s my theory that Cloverfield was JJ Abrams pitch for War of the Worlds before Spielberg landed it. The found footage and Online ARG being an homage to the radio play’s modernization of the source material setting.
25
SkyNo2670 Mar 26, 2026 +10
That’s a really good take. But why all the ARG if it was just a pitch? As in if it was a pitch then why waste the ARG element on it and not save it for the WOTW he wanted? Doesn’t take away from your theory, it’s still good.
10
FantasticName Mar 26, 2026 +28
Putting Cloverfield in the title actively made 10 Cloverfield Lane worse IMO. There was supposed to be this whole suspense with like "is he lying? is it the apocalypse? is it aliens?" but associating it with Cloverfield, most people are like "well of course it's aliens" and then you're just waiting for the aliens to show up all movie.
28
TheRealMrMaloonigan Mar 27, 2026 +1
Yeah, but it's the whole "people are the real monsters" thing. Honestly I would have preferred the film without any attempt at tying it in to Cloverfield too - but only because I think the film didn't need it whatsoever. It being tied to Cloverfield and Cloverfield being tied to it hurt both IMO.
1
can_i_get_a____job Mar 27, 2026 +5
What is ARG?
5
Magic_Man_Boobs Mar 27, 2026 +8
Alternate reality game. For example for Cloverfield they had myspace pages for the characters and a few websites for companies that only exist in the movie universe. There were clues and puzzles hidden in them that online communities then solve.
8
can_i_get_a____job Mar 27, 2026 +2
Oh dang that is so awesome! Appreciate the detailed explanation!
2
ripyourlungsdave Mar 26, 2026 +8
I mean. I don't know how you couldn't tell that just by watching the movies. The Cloverfield stuff was really ham-fisted in both. And The Cloverfield Paradox is one of the worst sci-fi horror movies I've ever seen.
8
Mother-Event-3159 Mar 27, 2026 +7
yes. it went from an original thriller (The Cellar) to a surprise addition to the Cloverfield franchise pretty late in the process.
7
ifeelpin Mar 26, 2026 +50
New title is way better imo Edit: After seeing the trailer they could have just called this Land of the Lost Lol https://youtu.be/HqxFylggH3U
50
woasnoafsloaf Mar 26, 2026 +8
I liked that title better. Which was the same thing I thought when Disappointment Blvd was renamed into Beau Is Afraid.

Comic_Book_Reader Mar 26, 2026 +525
>“Our house, our neighborhood, our whole street has moved" [The End of Oak Street](https://youtu.be/IoHWPAN6FPg?is=cGNB_1r_LvWBgP49) only in theaters and IMAX August 14. #EndofOakStreet #FilmedforIMAX >After a mysterious cosmic event rips Oak Street from suburbia and transports their neighborhood to someplace unknown, the Platt family soon discovers that their very survival depends on them sticking together as they navigate their now unrecognizable surroundings.
525
BilboOfTheHood Mar 26, 2026 +157
Is this cosmic horror? I really hope so.
157
stenebralux Mar 26, 2026 +110
From the trailer it looks like Dinosaurs.. but maybe is something like The Mist and there's other types of creatures. But yeah.. I want more cosmic horror movies too
110
Exciting_Drawing_553 Mar 28, 2026 +1
It’s kind of a cosmic gumbo

I was really hoping it was an adaptation!
2
ifeelpin Mar 26, 2026 +70
Oh man sounds like the original 70's Land of the Lost TV show. Edit: Here's the original TV show opening for those unaware https://youtu.be/HqxFylggH3U
70
Internal_Wheel_89 Mar 26, 2026 +12
lol this was my exact thought (except the 90s reboot). Let's see if there's a 90s XJ Jeep Cherokee somewhere in the movie
12
mellolizard Mar 26, 2026 +3
That jeep was my favorite car as a kid
3
Internal_Wheel_89 Mar 26, 2026 +5
same. I often think that if Jeep just took that exact same design and released a brand new version of it today, it would be a huge success. I guess modern safety standards would cut into interior space but it could still work.
5
mellolizard Mar 26, 2026 +9
The fact no retro car has been released as an EV proves car companies were never serious about EVs to begin with. With no engine you can redesign the body to meet modern safety standards as well as convenience while maintaining that retro look.
9
nocolon Mar 26, 2026 +3
EVs are designed with aerodynamics in mind to reduce drag and improve battery life. That's why they all look like futuristic dildos.
3
mellolizard Mar 26, 2026 +3
But if range isnt a concern you can have fun with the stylings. Give me a bel air or even a classic vw bug
3
nocolon Mar 26, 2026 +2
Oh I’m with you 100%. If GM made an EV Grand National, or Nissan a 240z, etc, I’d buy one *instantly*.
2
Metalsand Mar 26, 2026 +1
I mean, they bring back retro car brands all the time. Hummer was a shelved brand brought back for EVs specifically. Then you have lots of other old brands that were recently revived like Mustang or Charger that have both had EV variants made. But also, the Jeep Wrangler 4xe and Jeep Cherokee XJ are not dissimilar. I don't know how you even got to where you did.
1
mellolizard Mar 26, 2026 +2
Hummer is the only one. Im disappointed that Fords EV was a mustang and not a **thunder**bird. I mean the branding is right there. But I am talking about bel airs and classic continentals with all the grand styling. You can restro mod old bodies into EVs but why not mass produce them as well.
2
ifeelpin Mar 26, 2026 +2
I'm just hoping for Sleestaks or their legally distinct equivalent lol
2
VT_Squire Mar 26, 2026 +10
sounds like some kind of a "nightmare" on oak street
10
DJ_Pikachu Mar 26, 2026 +4
Say that again…
4
bacchusku2 Mar 26, 2026 +10
Freddie, it’s your cousin Marvin. Marvin Krueger.

Marvin…Skywalker
1
mindlkaciv Mar 26, 2026 +37
Sounds a bit like The Monsters Are Due On Main Street from the original Twilight Zone
37
Observer951 Mar 26, 2026 +7
It’s not a new idea. The reboot of The Outer Limits did something similar. The book Mysterium by Robert Charles Wilson and City at World’s End by Edmund Hamilton (although that was a nuclear explosion).
7
caligaris_cabinet Mar 27, 2026 +2
Maple Street But yeah. That was my first thought.

Exactly what I was thinking. The same exact synopsis.
1
arsonist_firefighter Mar 26, 2026 +1
Holyyyyy, sounds really interesting!
1
wet_sloppy_footsteps Mar 27, 2026 +1
Seems like a twilight zone episode. Love it.
1
Hobolovechic Mar 26, 2026 +227
Saw a screening of this. It’s weird but fun. I think it’ll be pretty well received.
227
Lenny2theMany Mar 26, 2026 +48
Are there any tie ins or hints to Cloverfield at all as people assume or is it just a standalone? Looking forwards to seeing some footage from this!
48
TheRealMrMaloonigan Mar 27, 2026 +4
They screened Cloverfield Lane without all the tie-ins too. There's a good chance they genuinely don't know.
4
El--Borto Mar 26, 2026 +8
Haven’t seen it so I don’t know, but at this point you could say a Spider-Man movie is in the Cloverfield universe and people would somehow make a connection lol
8
dipshittery Mar 27, 2026 +20
Not really. It’s produced by JJ Abram’s and Bad Robot. It’s a fair assumption.
20
awfullyconfused Mar 26, 2026 +24
Do the dinosaurs look good? I really want a dinosaur movie with up-to-date dinosaur designs, not imaciated modern JP designs. I want feathers, goddammit!
24
NotBannedAccount419 Mar 27, 2026 +6
I know that’s the popular thing going around the last several years but most paleontologists agree that only a handful of dinosaurs may have had feathers of some kind. The idea of almost every dinosaur running around looking like a big chicken is a fantasy
6
NEWbababoobie Mar 26, 2026 +11
idk how to express this, but is the movie any way similar to under the silver lake or is it more straightforward?
11
SwoJabe Mar 26, 2026 +18
Looks like DRM might be trying to get out of director jail by making something that’s more fun, high-concept, and blockbuster-y, I don’t blame him! This is coming from someone who adores UTSL btw.
18
justcauseof Mar 26, 2026 +4
Was he ever truly in director jail? Has that been confirmed? A critical and commercial success (with a sequel on the way) followed by a film that had a polarized reception but has since developed a cult following. I would think opportunities have arose for him since 2018, but he’s kind of disillusioned with the Hollywood system after his stint working on independent films.
4
dasbtaewntawneta Mar 26, 2026 +4
i will watch anything from the guy that made Under The Silver Lake, what a f****** movie!
4
creepygamelover Mar 26, 2026 +6
If possible could you answer one spoilery question? >!Does The Dog Die!< Thanks either way.
6
FrostyGranite Mar 27, 2026 +2
This is the key question if I see it or not. Dog must survive above all else, the humans are expendable.
2
MichaeltheSpikester Mar 26, 2026 +4
Did the dog live? I need to know!
4
MovieGuyMike Mar 27, 2026 +1
Would you say this is a dinosaur movie? Or are they a minor part of it?
1
27pH Mar 27, 2026 +1
Is it like Jumanji?
1
digital0verdose Mar 27, 2026 +1
Does the movie and it's ending live up to the premise?
1
abandoned_rain Mar 26, 2026 +62
Finally the marketing begins for this
62
Whompa Mar 26, 2026 +11
Seriously it's been years...crazy

31
denim_skirt Mar 26, 2026 +14
Hell yeah. Shyamalan vibes in the trailer imho
14
Bunraku_Master_2021 Mar 27, 2026 +9
Mike Gioulakis who shot almost all of Robert Mitchell's works has also shot some of Shyamalan's films as well as Jordan Peele's Us. He's quite notable for using split-diopter shots for tense scenes. It's been nearly 7-8 years since Robert Mitchell's last film. Hopefully, it does well.
9
Equivalent_Lunch_944 Mar 26, 2026 +5
Probably a hard movie to pitch but I think the trailer gives a bit too much away
5
Dylan_Gio Mar 26, 2026 +190
JJ Abrams… street name title …. Monster footprints…. Cloverfield sequel confirmed /s
190
Alejxndro Mar 26, 2026 +58
i legit didnt even see the footprints until you mentioned it
58
Twisties Mar 26, 2026 +11
Same!
11
Dylan_Gio Mar 27, 2026 +2
I edited my comment because it noticed them later haha
2
r-b-m Mar 26, 2026 +8
As someone who never saw Cloverfield, did the monster walk in a weird way? Because judging by these footprints it’s either drunk or doing some sort of dance number.
8
FREEBA Mar 26, 2026 +8
It hops on one foot vibing to the fresh beats of the Fugees.
8
TheRealMrMaloonigan Mar 27, 2026 +1
It walked....heavy. It had a gait sort of like a big chicken with a set of long front legs attached.
1
AntiSocialFCK Mar 26, 2026 +3
I saw th footprints and JJ Abrams and that was my first thought. 😂 Another secret Cloverdale sequel.
3
trampaboline Mar 27, 2026 +1
I mean… let’s check back in on that “/s” when this releases. There have been some interesting catches by Cloverfield fans in just this short trailer
1
sarpedonx Mar 26, 2026 +13
Cloverfield adjacent?
13
Jimmyg100 Mar 26, 2026 +6
Flowervale sounds like the Transmorphers of Cloverfield.
6
jenkinsmcallister Mar 26, 2026 +40
Under the Silver Lake is genuinely one of the most underrated and timely movies of the decade- if this one leans into the same kinda uncanny, conspiracy-driven vibe I’m all in. DRM is a special voice, can’t wait to see a trailer!
40
This_person_says Mar 26, 2026 +6
Just saw The Myth of the American Sleepover by DRM, was enjoyable.
6
Grantagonist Mar 26, 2026 +6
Oh man, thanks for this comment. Didn't realize this was him! I loved *Under the Silver Lake*.
6
mikeyfreshh Mar 26, 2026 +104
Anne Hathaway might be on track to have the best year of any actor in recent memory. Mother Mary, Devil Wears Prada 2, The Odyssey, This, and Verity are all scheduled to release this year
104
Rockit2uranus Mar 26, 2026 +64
Zendaya is having a similar year. It’d be interesting to see what the combined box office numbers are for both actresses this year.
64
WhichHoes Mar 26, 2026 +31
Dune, Spiderman, Odyssey - I think zendaya brings that one home
31
mikeyfreshh Mar 26, 2026 +12
Odyssey is a wash because Hathaway is in that one too
12
Contcos Mar 26, 2026 +8
Zendaya will have a bigger box office but Hathaway’s gonna have the way bigger movie star year, lead or co-lead in everything but The Odyssey and in that she’s got the main female role
8
aduong Mar 26, 2026 +18
Formerly known as “Flowervale Street”😊
18
Hawaiian_Brian Mar 26, 2026 +3
Ty I was so confused I couldn’t find it on IMDb

The End of Cloverfield Street
4

Some of these posters have been good this past year. Someone should do a post about it.
5
BaroneRaybert Mar 26, 2026 +5
On IMDb it’s still listed as Flowervale and there is a picture of dinosaur with people in front of it. Can’t wait!
5

Sounds like an interesting concept. I’m in.

Good poster I gotta say

Trailer soon? Edit: it’s online.
3
littletoyboat Mar 27, 2026 +3
Don't watch the trailer! [I saw it at a preview screening](https://toomuchfilmschool.substack.com/i/179698237/see-it-first) a few months ago, and it was genuinely one of the best theatrical experiences I've had in a long time. The audience broke into applause, more than once. The effects weren't even done. A friend of mine went to a later screening, and she said she had the same experience. We only knew the title, the director, and the stars going in, and the reveal was amazing. I don't know how they can market the movie without giving stuff away in the trailer, so I don't blame the marketing team. But that being said, if you can, just go see the movie with zero knowledge. It's a wild ride.
3
Specific_Dingo6709 Mar 27, 2026 +1
Without crazy spoilers, is it just a dinosaur movie?
1
MichaeltheSpikester Mar 28, 2026 +1
Did the dog live? I need yo know!
1
QP709 Mar 26, 2026 +9
I got very excited because this looks like the sort of twisty low budget thriller I enjoy. Then I saw jj Abrams.
9
Internal_Wheel_89 Mar 26, 2026 +8
yeah....... at least he's not writer or director.
8
JarJarJargon Mar 26, 2026 +7
I feel like Star Wars has tainted his public image. He makes good movies otherwise. Super 8 and Star Trek 09 are two of my favorites
7
TheRealMrMaloonigan Mar 27, 2026 +1
Super 8 is an underrated classic IMO!
1
DavidTheJohnson Mar 26, 2026 +2
I'm very intrigued, considering how bonkers the premise is.
2
Nerfeveryone Mar 26, 2026 +2
Idk it looks like it keeps going to me
2
guardian87 Mar 26, 2026 +2
I’m excited to see where the lensflares are used in this.
2
Safe-Perspective-979 Mar 26, 2026 +2
At first I thought it was written by *the* David Mitchell, and was perplexed that he seemingly collaborating with JJ Abrams
2
MyManTheo Mar 26, 2026 +3
I’m surprised the director’s name isn’t David Robert Mitchell Webb
3
Safe-Perspective-979 Mar 26, 2026 +1
Chance would be a fine thing, a fine thing indeed!
1
Icehawk217 Mar 26, 2026 +2
Which [David](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/David_Mitchell_\(author\)) [Mitchell](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/David_Mitchell_\(comedian\)) do you consider to be *the* David Mitchell?
2
Safe-Perspective-979 Mar 26, 2026 +2
*Three* David Mitchells, Icehawk217?! That’s insane.
2
Hxxerre Mar 26, 2026 +2
I thought this was the circlejerk sub and about Alan Ritchinson
2
Bark-For-Mommy Mar 26, 2026 +2
idk, seems more like the middle of oak street to me
2
Phyliinx Mar 26, 2026 +2
Did not watch the trailer but I am sold on the poster.
2
penelopiecruise Mar 26, 2026 +2
maybe a cul-de-sac would have been more apt
2
Rolo_NoLifer Mar 26, 2026 +2
But what's at the end of Main Street?
2
jayroc1023 Mar 26, 2026 +2
“I saw it, it’s a lion! It’s huge!”
2
AdHistorical5703 Mar 26, 2026 +2
I like the double entandre of the title
2
GoliathPrime Mar 27, 2026 +2
Based on the trailer, I really thought this was an adaptation of 'Footprints of Thunder' by James F. David. Looks like the same premise regardless.
2
this_might_hurt Mar 27, 2026 +1
Yeah looks like a straight rip off of it.
1
NxtUpApp Mar 27, 2026 +2
Spoiler: At the end, she wakes up and it was all a dream...
2
TheUnforgiven13 Mar 27, 2026 +2
I'm guessing this is a different David Mitchell to who I'm thinking of?
2
shoegazeweedbed Mar 27, 2026 +2
Abrams. Instant pass “Hey David Robert Mitchell good work on the movie so far but you don’t have enough people saying sassy shit right after something intense happens”
2
TakedownMoreCorn Mar 26, 2026 +5
The have my attention ..
5
ifeelpin Mar 26, 2026 +5
After Under the Silver Lake I'm down for whatever crazy shit David Robert Mitchell comes up with next. Really looking forward to this.

ScaredFamousfan Mar 26, 2026 +2
I hate that all major films are being filmed for imax now, but there’s only a handful of true 70mm imax’s in existence and not that many lie max’s either. They need to build more screens. Maybe IMAX should start a theater chain or pitch in more money to build true imax’s across the country
2
Special_Chance_1731 Mar 26, 2026 +4
Mystery box plots So two thousand and late
4
BostonBaggins Mar 26, 2026 +4
Jj abrams has been missing lately All his movies are mediocre
4
Datamat0410 Mar 27, 2026 +1
Probably because The Rise of Skywalker was terrible. Abram’s should never have directed any of the Star Wars films imo but I feel he really messed up TROS which while it’s not entirely his fault, he’s the director at the end of the day. The book stops with him.
1
Minute-Necessary2393 Mar 26, 2026 +2
I preferred the Original title of *Flowervale Street* but I guess it is what it is. Still very much looking forward to this.
2
_within_cells_ Mar 26, 2026 +2
So ready for a JJ movie. I'm excited!
2
J0E_SpRaY Mar 26, 2026 +1
Holy shit DRM is finally making another movie after Under the Silver Lake flopped so badly. I absolutely adore that movie, and will see anything this dude makes. I really hope this isn’t just a popcorn flick, and maintains his subversions.
1
AntRose104 Mar 26, 2026 +1
Wait I really like this poster
1
-Clayburn Mar 26, 2026 +1
So basically if you name your kid David Mitchell, he's going to have no choice but become a writer.
1
WolfMany2752 Mar 26, 2026 +1
I looked at this poster for a full minute before i notice any of the details. My brain is decaying.
1
ricofru Mar 26, 2026 +1
This Heinlein book is what came to mind reading the description... Farnham's Freehold (1964). It follows Hugh Farnham and family, who survive a nuclear blast by hiding in a fallout shelter, only for the explosion to blast his shelter and family into a future dystopian, post-apocalyptic world
1
SinkCat69 Mar 26, 2026 +1
\> JJ Abrams I expect there to be a sufficient amount of lens flares
1
AgorophobicSpaceman Mar 26, 2026 +1
What a stacked year for Anne Hathaway, Devil Wears Prada 2, Mother Mary, the Odyssey, verity, and this
1
NorthEastNobility Mar 26, 2026 +1
Loved It Follows (can’t wait for the sequel) and really interested in this one based on the premise.
1
moon-berries00 Mar 26, 2026 +1
this is interesting
1
MikeyGorman Mar 26, 2026 +1
Wasn’t this an episode on Outer Limits where aliens abduct a human neighborhood to see if they are viable to survive their atmosphere and work as slaves? It was called “A Feasibility Study”.
1
VivaLaFiga46 Mar 26, 2026 +1
Awwww I was expecting J.J Abrams directing. I'm longing for some lights flares galore!
1
odelay321 Mar 26, 2026 +1
No more jj. I've moved on.

In Vancouver, the end of Oak Street is the first time a south-to-north traveler has to make a “left or right” decision for thousands of miles.
1
indiankimchi Mar 26, 2026 +1
Annie’s having a year huh? Devil Wears Prada 2, Mother Mary, The Odyssey, now this?
1
Tricky_Slip4385 Mar 26, 2026 +1
It’s crazy how people assumed (and seemingly still do) there MUST be a 10 Cloverfield Lane connection because the of previous title of “Flowervale Street” and Abrams name.  What a sad, serious lack of imagination people have.
1
uncheckablefilms Mar 26, 2026 +1
Looks like the plot of Cyan’s “Obduction”.

So JJ Abrams had some megamultihundredmillion deal with some streaming service, can anyone tell me what actually came out of it?

By principal, I'll never watch another project from J.J. Abrams. He knows what he did

This gives me vibes of The Drifting Classroom.

I love everybody involved in this project and so hope it's good

It sounds exactly like the plot of the book Flux by Jeremy Robinson.

Looks like the aftermath of the San Diego Incident in *Jurassic Park: The Lost World*

WhiteRun Mar 26, 2026 +1
Kinda done with anything JJ is involved with. Always massive wasted potential.

Every time I see JJ Abrams names I know it is safe to skip and not watch!

Second monster movie for Ms. Hathaway? I’m in.

Is it bad that I’m so tired of Abram’s mystery box bullshit that I have no interest in this?

Dinosaurs? Really? Were all the zombies and vampires busy? For a minute, I was kind of psyched… It looked like kind of an old original Outer Limits where a few city blocks were teleported to another planet to be slave labor. But no. Dinosaurs.

This name sounds a bit ending-oriented, as if something wrong has already happened. I really want to watch it right now. I am so curious!!!

I’ve honestly been waiting for another film from David Robert Mitchell. The man made It Follows and Under the Silver Lake. I’m seated for this.

I LOVED the Split Diopter shot in the trailer and I feel I never see it used anymore

MustardDoctor495 Mar 27, 2026 +1
So did all the people go with them? Cause so far it looks like it just took the family. That or the dinosaurs ate everyone before they realised they were somewhere else.

Attack of the Mystery Box

Loved the teaser. How a proper teaser should be. Just enough to make you really curious to see what’s going on

BasilSerpent Mar 27, 2026 +1
Please just have original creature design. I don’t want shit to look like Jurassic World again. I am begging for them to make the dinosaurs and other extinct reptiles look good.

JJ. Abrams = No f****** thanks

Legohead1977 Mar 27, 2026 +1
This looks interesting and knew nothing about it until the trailer last night. Is this linked into the Cloverfield universe or just something that we are expecting?

cain11112 Mar 27, 2026 +1
So I know this is a weird thing to fixate on. But those foot prints are almost right next to each other. Meaning whatever made them would have a microscopic stride length for its size. I’m imagining something with massive feet but comically short legs.

ftgyhujikolp Mar 27, 2026 +1
So this is unrelated to the movie itself, but after learning what producers do and that they are mostly just money managers, it feels deceptive to plaster big directors as "producers" to hype a movie. "Oh cool, JJ helped raise money and control spending for this. And the director of the STD monster that follows you movie directed this." Doesn't sound as nice.

Such a dumb premise but looks like great execution
