Pressure cooking changed my weeknight dinners

Beans from dry in 30 minutes. Stocks in 45 minutes that taste like they simmered all day. Whole chicken done in 25 minutes. Hard boiled eggs that peel perfectly. I was skeptical because of old pressure cooker horror stories but modern electric ones are completely safe and the time savings are significant.
