Celebrities suing and being sued by their own charities is such a 2020s headline. Before people pick sides, maybe wait until we actually see the allegedly defamatory quotes in the filings.

Kind of weird to file a defamation lawsuit that doesn't identify what the defamatory statements were. Surely the idea isn't that him leaving is a defamation of its own, right?

What gives you the impression that
>No documents are currently available in the claim, which was originally filed on 24 March.
means there were no defamatory statements in the lawsuit? Those statements weren't yet made public. They will be.

When else would an underlying complaint be made public if not when the nature of the legal claim it's tied to gets made public? I'm admittedly not an expert on the subject but this doesn't seem like the kind of case where information would need to be released in drips, from an evidentiary process perspective.

Also a bit weird because Sophie Chandauka went on a media campaign when the drama started.
