Putin is a terrible partner to have. Not he dropped the ball on Venezuela and now Iran, but he actively wants this war to continue to sustain the economical drain of the war in Ukraine.
He's making the best out of a terrible situation.

Sadly, he's a pretty smart partner to get on board if you're Iran and you need to change Trump's mind.
Putin has shown on multiple occasions to have outsized influence over DJT, smart play from Iran if you need to persuade Trump to do something....

Literally every event on the earth right now benefits to Russia and China. US is just keep wasting all the money to entitled nation Israel's playground.
Putin is probably in his happiest times since uncle Sam is too busy babysitting Israel. With that, he can push harder on Ukraine. Russia will be even bigger and stronger if US keeps losing all sources to Israel.

"Massive win" like getting some opioid on your rotting leg that you should've amputated years ago.

Putin would want this war to continue because he can sell oil at higher prices and divert aid to supply Ukraine.

Something tells me Putin might have been a little birdy in Krasnovs ear before the whole thing started.

Easy to feed propaganda when your people have no access to internet…
Putin probably knows a thing or two about that.

Putin is and always will be a hater with an idiotic grudge. It's the only thing that really drives him.
( And before the "Huh sounds like Trump" people arrive : The pattern checks out. The Orange Oaf is only in office because Putin needs him to be. )

But I thought Putin and Russia were friends of the US… I mean… Trump wouldn’t lie, right? We rolled the red carpet out for him and everything!
