I would be okay labeling the phenomena of people who have bought so far into propaganda they can't distinguish fact from fiction as "propaganda poisoning". And it can classified similarly as other noxious chemicals that can also adversely affect those too close in proximity to it for too long secondhand.

And intentional manipulation of people’s social feeds, which is where a lot of people get their news and information these days. They can simply hide things from you. They can make it harder or impossible for you to see things they don’t want you to see it. They can intentionally show you things to distract you or point you in the wrong direction. Facebook used to be completely different when I was a kid. People changed it to be what it is today. They’re in bed with the government, too. That’s why our public officials dog walk Zuckerberg through their hearings. It’s all a farce.

This was out in the open before the 2024 election, just like Trump's extensive ties to the *largest child sex trafficking ring in history* were out in the open before the 2016 election. The American electorate chose to elect him twice despite all that damning evidence. As a Canadian, I cannot trust the American electorate, I hope my country continues to distance itself from the American empire as it continues to circle the drain from self-inflicted wounds.
