And at the end of this video the guy is yelling “by the way it’s all on camera! You assaulting me, it’s all on camera!”

That video looked like it was taken from the 2nd floor of the house across the street from the moron. I don’t know if it was so much deceptive as a nosey neighbour hearing the altercation, running to their window, and pulling their phone out to record, and just catching the tail end of it.

Yup! He did everything right as far as the law would look at it. He tried to leave. He recorded the incident. Stayed between the guy and his kids. Didn't get physical til he was assaulted first. Used enough force to put the attack out of harms way and instructed him to not be a threat anymore. Got out of the encounter when he had the opportunity. And called authorities from a safe place.

From the clips, it honestly looks like AR is just learning to ride. He certainly was going slowly enough to easily stop for a person standing in the middle of the road.

Wasn’t it also in the afternoon? I guess I could see it being a huge problem if it was late at night/early morning. But living in a neighborhood means you have neighbors, who do things, that sometimes make noise.

I'm a certified bike hater, partially because of the noise. Even I wouldn't complain about them riding in the middle of the day. It's the 5am revving that grinds my gears!

Yeah, TMZ needs to apologize for their original misleading story that did not show the full context of what happened.

I'm surprised more people aren't pointing out how Alan flipped over when he tried to NOT hit blue shirt assmunch. What that dude did could have caused a lot more harm to either Alan, him, or lord forbid his kiddos. I don't blame Alan one bit for reacting the way he did.

Completely it. We have a family that goes up and down the street nesrby and it took several reminders to my wife that they were A) in the street, where they should be. B) wearing protection, as they should be. And C) not speeding, which is better than 90% of the cars that go thru. It's just the loud bmx bike disturbing the quiet that is the real problem and she doesnt want to admit it. she needs to learn to tolerate being there is nothing wrong about it, just loud but not to a noise disturbance level.
