I watched the video. First of all, yeah that's a MAGA hat in the background not a Chicago Cubs hat or whatever someone claimed. Ritchson is a very well known non Maga. I think this was political grifting. He hates Ritchson's politics, he knows exaclty who he is, he figured let me go stand in front of his bike and then shove him off it, get my ass beat, and sue. Or, he just wants to get on FOX news. Or both. Look, I didn't need all the details, I'm on the side of hot liberal men, okay? But I did watch the video for a laugh, and it was worse than I thought. Ritchson gave him multiple opportunities to walk away. He doubled down. He got his ass beat. Could have been much worse. The end.

After the whole story came out, which this loser confirmed to be true, it makes the beating he got much funnier.

I just watched the video and the guy Alan punched 100% deserved it. Firstly, he stepped in front of Alan's motorbike at the last moment almost getting himself run over and forcing (pushing?) Alan off his bike as Alan avoided running him over. Then he came back for more and this time it was definately a push. And Alan was just slowly cruising down an empty street. That's what happens when you provoke a behemoth.

And this is why everybody should have cameras on the front and back of their vehicles, or in the case of a guy on a bike, a body cam. Alan Ritchson was completely in the right or at least not an aggressor. Ritchson appeared to be driving at nominal speeds with his kids when: a) The neighbor stepped in front of them in the street where there was no traffic or foot traffic to be concerned about b) Ritchson was able to stop in time despite this neighbor throwing his body in front of Ritchson's motorcycle, which means Ritchson was not riding too fast c) This neighbor continued to aggressively attack Ritchson even as Ritchson walked away and attempted to leave the scene on his bike. d) Ritchson did hit back, did push the neighbor to the ground and hit him once or twice to get him to stay down, but this was after the neighbor pushed him multiple times without provocation and tried to knock Ritchson off his bike. Basically, asking Ritchson to take an assault and not react just because the aggressor is half his size and is pretending to be the victim, in no way makes Ritchson culpable. This is tantamount to saying "if you win a fight, any fight, you committed assault. And if you lose a fight you instigated with unprovoked physical assault, you're the victim."

My understanding is that this was more than deserved

I just saw the helmet cam video of the incident when the f***** walked into the path of an oncoming vehicle driving at a safe speed and caused a motorcycle rider to crash over his handlebars, and then proceeded to push the motorcycle rider. This f***** had someone film him causing an accident, released a video cutting out the start of the incident to put the other person in the least favorable light, sold it to a celebrity gossip rag, and is now making rounds painting himself as the victim. Because of the setup having someone film the incident, editing it down, and then trying to publicize a false narrative about the other party to damage their reputation, this guy should be liable for harm to reputation and ought to lose his house. Let him cause problems in another neighborhood with less time on this hands.

Karen then decides to get in front of his moving bike a second time and causes Alan to go down again. Which is when he’s had enough and decides to teach Karen a lesson.
