It just demonstrates the stupidity of MAGA and Trump. They went in and destroyed all the old school intelligence people, the ones who understood the historical intelligence networks and game play. Then they put the moronic barbies and social media effluencers into these positions and wonder why they get outgamed. The stupidity is hilarious to watch.

What is the game plan? Play all sides? 

Honestly, it makes sense why they would conclude this was in their best interest. Israel conducted the operation through a company based in Hungary without the involvement or knowledge of the Hungarian government. I’m sure Hungary was not happy to potentially have a target placed on their back for a terrorist organization. Based on my understanding, the information they provided was only with respect to the pager attack, probably aiming to convince Iran/Hezbollah that they weren’t involved. Information about the attack likely had limited use since the attack had already happened and Israel would be unlikely to be able to successfully use the tactic again.

I might be missing some point here, but Israel isn't in Nato.

Orban is polling badly, but, these wannabe-fascists tends to do better when the results come in than the polls suggest. He probably loses, but i simply don't have much faith in humanity anymore. Hungary should be forced to leave EU if he remains in power though.

Even if he loses, the new leader have to face a strong opposition and there is high chance that anything he wants to do to be blocked by the Orban opposition party and have his hand ties until the next elections so they will say 'see? I told you that he cannot rule like I did!' Orban orchestrated a deep system to give him a lot of power with or without him in charge

What makes this a "nothingburger" to you? Sharing info with the US or Taiwan as allies is one thing, but Iran is not an ally of Hungary or the EU. More importantly, they shared this info with Iran secretly (like the recent revelations about backchannels to Russia) and not just willy nilly as you make it out.

Sharing any intelligence with Iran is not good.

Or you know tring to explain to potential customers how explosives entered the supply chain in Hungary of consumer electronics. Like pagers filled with explosive can still be out there in an unknown customers hands, like a random Dr.

This is about Hungary getting into bed with the Islamic Republic, but of course you have to make it about the US in order to deflect blame away from Orban the fascist.
