Watched the first episode and weirdly I feel like it tows a very thin line between brillantly written show and one those shlocky dark romance books. Not saying the second thing necessarily as a bad thing (depends on how it progresses) but I’m curious to see where it’ll go

So the half man is there, where are the other 2 men?

Richard Gadd looking at toxic friendship again feels like emotional Saw: “wanna play a game?” but with boundaries. Curious if they’ll flip perspectives more this time so we see the “Half Man” side.

Nah. Life is hard enough these days. I'll leave this to folks that haven't had enough trauma in their lives.

Man, I felt a pang of compassion for you when reading this. I truly believe that the only answers to trauma are when we lean into it, become friends with it, go deeper - not pull away from it. I also believe that to tell people that broadly is irresponsibly shitty advice. So I'll just say this... good luck man, be strong.
