Lazlow was always my favorite part of GTA radio stations going back to GTAIII. He and Houser were responsible for a lot of the humor and satire that made these games work. Hopefully, they still have it.

Just to clarify: Lazlow did way more than the radio stations, he was basically their comedic writer for EVERYTHING

Yeah. Don’t want to sell him short. Just remember him the most from the radio where he played host.

I feel like Dan would fit in well with the crowd over at Remedy.

Haha the OG video game show. I don't remember it being great or anything (I honestly only remember Steve Wozniak being in it), but what a great visual concept.

Dude made a game that changed gaming perspective with playing as the bad guy and killing the cops. It got a ton of press coverage and the government wanted to ban games like it. Then he did it again in 3D, doing to open world games that Mario 64 did for platformers. Everyone was blown away when gta 3 was released, we gathered at each others houses taking turns. I wouldn’t bet against this guys ability to create something new.

Dan Houser even had his own personal supervillain in the form of Jack Thompson. The Monarch to his Rusty Venture.

Anything conceived as an expansive cross-media project that isn’t based on a pre-established IP is doomed to fail. Play the first GTA. Humble beginnings.

You've got the Houser brother that was basically their dramatic storyteller, and Lazlow the comedic writer, from GTA 3 to RDR2 (iirc). Basically the heart and soul of GTA and RDR. GTA 6's story was basically complete before Dan left, thankfully

Debbie downer over here. Im intrigued to say the least. If its anything close to the TV you can watch in GTA we’ll at least get some laughs. How it all translates into a game has potential as well.
