Rodeo, the VFX studio behind 'Dune', 'Lord of the Rings', 'Game of Thrones', is opening a new studio in Paris and combining with Mikros Animation (VFX studio 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem').
Rings of Power. Which is a bit like working on Madame Web and saying you were part of the MCU.

RoP does have some impressive VFX, to be fair.

I'd hope they do for the most expensive piece of media ever made.

If you read the article, it clearly says Rings of Power, which is a crappy show, but still is Lord of the Rings.

Well, to be more accurate, **Rodeo FX** was one of three primary VFX vendors for "Dune", along with a few more teams focused on specific previz work, along with the ever-fantastic Weta Workshop (more focused on props and practical effects, in this instance). Same with the other films; it's quite rare that one studio does all the VFX work for a modern film or series.
Nonetheless, the Rodeo FX demo reels you can find on YouTube are *fantastic* and well worth viewing. Amazing stuff.

Weta was the VFX studio behind Lord of the Rings.
DNEG was the lead VFX studio on Dune. Rodeo did some additional work, but was not *the* studio behind Dune.
