“the resolution failed to capture the root causes and full picture of the conflict by not showing that America and its closest ally started the now spiraling war”. This is exactly correct. Closing the Strait of Hormuz and attacking GCC are Iran’s counter measure to US/Israel pre-emptive attacks on Iran’s military and civillian infra. To stop the closure, the US/Israel needs to simply stop attacking Iran in the first place.
