They aren't lawmakers. Putin makes the laws in Russia, everyone else just carries out his orders. They are Kremlin goons.

Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-Fla.) provided the Russian lawmakers with a private tour of the U.S. Capitol Thursday evening, which included access to the House Speaker’s suite of offices. In attendance at the meeting earlier in the day were Luna and Reps. Derrick Van Orden (R-Wis.), Andy Ogles (R-Tenn.), Eli Crane (R-Ariz.) and Vicente Gonzalez (D-Texas).

What other 'private' services were provided?

This feels like watching a scene from *house of cards* that got rejected for being "too unrealistic." it’s giving me major 'letting the fox into the henhouse to count the eggs' vibes. except the fox is wearing a suit, and the chickens are busy arguing with each other while the locks are being changed. we’re literally living in a tom clancy novel written by someone on an acid trip.
