Confirmed Ukrainian:
> The Air Force said that at at 8:45am it tracked and identified a Ukrainian AN196 drone in the area, adding that the pilot did not use suppressive fire in an effort to avoid collateral damage. The drone crashed into the ground north of Kouvola, according to the military branch.

The Ust-Luga oil port in St Petersburg got hit by drones the second night in a row, and things are burning. Smoke from the fires has been drifting over the city causing air quality to drop. Some official said 30 drones arrived last night and were "shot down".
I'm not currently there, but friends and colleagues have shared videos that are flying all around telegram and social media.
Looks like Ukraine might be really trying to shut down that port, although I'm not expert enough at all to know if the damage being done is enough to significantly limit what can be exported.

There are 40 shadow fleet tankers stuck in the Gulf of Finland. I think it is having an effect.
