Sauna use: what the research actually says

The Finnish sauna studies are legitimately impressive. Regular sauna use is associated with reduced cardiovascular mortality, improved recovery, and better sleep. The protocol matters: 15-20 minutes, high temperature, cool down between sessions. The benefits appear dose dependent. Two to four sessions per week seems to be the sweet spot.
