Ninja has been heavily advertising their new crispipro. I saw it and immediately remembered the turbo broiler we used at home when I was a teen. We usually had baked chicken every saturday.
It was all the rage in the 90s. We got recipe books on it. My mom loved the thing and now it's making a comeback but now with an lcd and probably breaks in a year or two.
I used to save all the chicken oil dripping after baking to cook fried rice. ah, I miss those days.
