So what if they were involved in Gaza? Israel had the right to go into Gaza for self defense after Hamas started a war by murdering 1200 Israelis in cold blood.

Hamas is officially designated as a terrorist organisation (either in its entirety or its military wing) by the following entities:
* The European Union: The EU includes Hamas on its list of persons, groups, and entities involved in terrorist acts, which subjects them to asset freezes and other sanctions.
* The United States: The U.S. Department of State designated Hamas as a Foreign Terrorist Organization (FTO) in 1997.
* Australia: The Australian Government lists Hamas in its entirety as a terrorist organisation under the Criminal Code.
* The United Kingdom: Hamas is a proscribed terrorist organisation under the Terrorism Act 2000.
* Canada: Hamas has been listed as a terrorist entity under the Criminal Code since 2002.
* Japan: Japan officially recognises Hamas as a terrorist organisation and has implemented sanctions against its members and financial assets.
* New Zealand: In February 2024, New Zealand designated the entirety of Hamas as a terrorist entity.
* Israel: Israel naturally designates the group as a terrorist organisation.

Well, some may say if these two are in the group then it does not hold any value - as you may or not understand.
But, also what do you think, the group you mentioned has defined its adverseries as?

It doesn't matter, they are designated terrorists defined by a large number of countries. Israel is not.

Well my friend, as I said, geopolitics is not your strong suit.
Or I may be talking to a npc/bot either way not worth my time.

You are dodging my point.
You asked what definitions I meant, so I answered. If your point is that you reject those states’ designations, say that directly. But that is different from pretending no accepted international designation exists.

Governments always talk about weapons deals like they’re just technical business arrangements, right up until the politics are literally in the headline.
Opening a drone factory with Elbit while Gaza is still dominating the conversation was never going to read as “just business.”
