Ahahahaha YES! I love the birbs round here, first time in forever fed some bread to a pigeon today (seagulls don't like that peasant food lol), ah well I mean it's a small victory but it's good right

I just feed a little bit? I mean they're probably getting a better diet than me but like should I stop? If so I will, barely hanging on enough to think about it much

Bread just doesn't have much nutritional value for birds, so it can cause issues related to that if they eat it a bunch. They can technically eat it, but they won't be getting anything out of said meal. There's better options out there.
Nuts are a good substitute provided they're unsalted. Crows love nuts. Just get a few bags of that and have at it.

Theres arguments about it affecting their health if they eat too much and relationships with humans. But its pretty limited, and most of these animals have very short lifespans in their locations anyhow. So imo, it doesn't really matter, if you enjoy it, you can keep doing it.

I don't think they should be berated for it, but it is helpful to inform people and give the little creatures a better diet which is c**** and easy to do as well.

I don't know about elsewhere, but the last 5 years in Michigan I've seen 10x more eagles than I have in all the 30 years previously. Likewise there are more vultures and I've seen a wider variety of hawks, and also a dozen or so pileated woodpeckers which I've never seen before. Large birds seem to really be making a comeback in my area. Maybe DDT has finally dropped out of the system.

Eagles are definitely doing much better from the ending of DDT use.
Pileated’s might be benefiting from general conservation efforts, but their range has been expanding very slowly over time. Very slowly.

If we go by typical conservative logic that means the problem was solved, so we no longer need regulation.

Where does the forever chemical foam go? Sinks to the bottom with something? Under the beach sand? Blown inland? Can’t be breaking down with UV if I’m to believe the hype

It usually ends up in water sources. Water treatment plants can remove them, but like you said they're not breaking down, so seems like they usually end up in a landfill.

I am sorry to say that many water treatment plants are not removing PFAS yet - it is very expensive to add that treatment, and federal and state funding has been lacking.

They shouldn't have published this, because now Drumpf will want to kill those very regulations.
