Fifteen people dead in custody and still no clear answers is what stands out here
No matter where someone is from or their immigration status, they should not be dying in detention centers. These are supposed to be holding facilities, not places where basic care and safety are questionable
The fact that another country has to step in and demand daily checks says a lot about how serious this has become
