Ok…point out how it’s well written or funny compared to actually good shows?

Hacks is incredible but comparing it to Shrinking is weird because they're doing completely different things emotionally. One is sharp industry satire, the other is about grief and friendship. You can like both or neither, but "bad writing" isn't really the argument here.

Explain to me how it’s funny? It’s so cringey, undeveloped, poorly written…and Christa miller? Her face is too frozen to speak clearly

No no no no.
You explain how it's not funny, why it is cringey, undeveloped, and poorly written.
You're the one making claims so back them up with substance.

It’s more of a dramedy but it was better when it was less about the neighbors and more about the office.

Are you sure you hate it? Methinks you protest a bit too much here.

I don't agree that the show is unwatchable as it has a great cast that is fun to watch. Harrison Ford, in particular, is terrific in the show. But I do think the show has some of the same issues that the last season of Ted Lasso had.
It seems like the writers want to tell heavier stories with personal trauma and death but still have the same general tone and feel of Cougar Town. But it doesn't really work. When every plot is overly sappy and uplifting, it feels disingenuous and cloying. The easiest example to give with this is with Louis. I can accept that Jimmy and Alice may forgive him and that their friends may too. I can't accept that he becomes so buddy-buddy with everyone that it's like he's one of the gang or that he's actively participating in the birthday celebration of the person he killed.

I don't like Shrinking, but The Studio is 50x worse and more cringe-inducing. It's every cliché and stereotype about entertainment. It's what all of our ("our" meaning me and the other people who work in Hollywood) families think the business is like.
Have you ever seen the scene in NCIS where two "hackers" hack better by typing on the keyboard at the same time? And it was supposed to be serious? That scene is to hackers what The Studio is to moviemaking.
What makes it worse is that you CAN make a great comedy about moviemaking. The Player is dead-on accurate and much funnier than The Studio. Tropic Thunder is more accurate. Bowfinger, Living in Oblivion, even Get Shorty. BoJack Horseman, 30 Rock. All are very accurate at their core. The Studio fails so badly to be funny because it's using tried and worn out tropes and clichés.
Hacks is good.

The Studio feels more like a parody than an accurate retelling of what happens in hollywood. I thought this was obvious

The Studio only gives me a few mild chuckles at best. It is entertaining but not that funny IMHO.
