Just because that door was locked doesn’t mean she locked it. She could have left through another door. Or they broke the window to get to him as quickly as possible. And yes, she didn’t call 911. Do you think she’s supposed to be likable? Shitty person did a shitty thing.

They were trying every door, believe me I woulda assumed that as well. The guy was even trying to find the least expensive window to break so it wasn't that either. Idk if she was meant to bve unlikable, up until that point, she wasn't a bad person as far as what was shown up to that point.

Isn't Denis Leary on another show in which he's playing another girl in uniform? Dutch? He was a detective on ABC's The Job, he was a firefighter on FX's Rescue Me, now he's an Army Colonel on Fox's Dutch.
