Spain, Brazil, Mexico vow to boost Cuba aid amid US threats
The pledge comes amid a US oil embargo and Donald Trump's threats to invade the island. Leftist leaders meeting in Barcelona also spoke against the global far-right threat.

At the rate the Americans are going, the world is going to start a new club and the sign on the front door will say “No USA allowed”

You weren’t supposed to know about that.

Just look at the fact that the only countries receiving the US president recently are Israel and North Korea.

Hurray for internationally supported regime repression! And we'll silence the diaspora and dissenters!

Yes, Spain, Brazil, and Mexico. Spain with a deeply-unpopular PM, Mexico where half the country is lawless, and Brazil where to lead the country you either have to be in prison or be headed there.

America put a 34-count felon and adjudicated sexual abuser back in the White House, and has the audacity to lecture others about standards.

I guess those are worse than a paedo?

Your country elected a felon and a paedophile, pipe down.

So the US vs the Middle East and South America. How many will die because a pedophile is trying to avoid any accountability for his actions?

Argentina is excluded and we're big, so no. Don't put all of South America. Also El Salvador and Chile. Trump's like a disease, it's spreading and I'm scared.

Hey, at least in Chile they are clashing with the reality that our brand of right-wing bullshit is different and flailing.  They might have to end up relying on our traditional right-wing...which is also bad but slightly more competent and less deranged.

There was no need for such a grand display; after all, Russian cargo ships had already bypassed the blockade to support Cuba, and the United States showed no concern about their arrival.🤣

Trump is putin’s b****, so he isn’t going to say a peep about his overlord.

There absolutely is a need. Considering the orange 💩 announces if he had a decent bowel movement, it is imperative to show unity against tyranny.

Honestly, good. The world shouldn’t be bullied into excommunicating Cuba for an American grudge from 60 years ago. There are a lot of countries that have a lot more problems than Cuba they can focus on helping. Rubio is rabid for regime change in Cuba and this Iran debacle might be Cuba’s savior.

ASZapata Apr 19, 2026 +14
Never ever ever forget that Rubio’s family fled US-backed Batista… not Castro.

It's not just a grudge from 60 years ago. It's still and ideological to prevent anything connected to communism to be seen as positive or successful.

Yep, doesn't matter if the country is also accused of genociding its Muslim population (China), executing gays (Cuba), or killing protestors (Iran), as long as you say you hate the USA while you do it, Sanchez has your back

They are still far less evil than what One superpower is doing since ages , I repeat since ages. Recent Nepal riot nobody in America household care about it , ask that Nepalese Mum who lost her son because America don’t want pro Chinese Govt in Nepal. Just a small example of What this world face time to time from US and UK.

I don't support the US either, it turns out you don't have to back one murderous regime in order to criticise another one. You should try doing that, it's great!

I mean the US is estimated to have killed ~4.5million (mostly civillians) since 2000 either directly and indirectly due to their international doctrine.

Who says I support any murderous regime? I'm saying your defence of the US is strange, given they're responsible for more deaths of foreign nationals than any other country within this century.

All this while cubans’ best wish is to see the regime fall

Americans have an inflated sense of how powerful they are. Sure the have the most powerful armed forces, but that VERY different from having omnipotent forces or having infinite resources.
