Well yeah, they can do whatever they want, who is going to stop them? Even if you CAN arrest them, they'll be pardoned again.

They should be thrown into jail already, their list of crimes is just too long. From extrajudicial killings to human trafficking, child abuse, contempt of court, it goes on and on

Any democratic nominee who doesn't state clearly and with conviction that they will investigate ICE and prosecute any wrong doing is not fit for the job.

There should be contempt of Court fines levied here, right?

I already assumed that ICE accessed all Medicaid data, not just the bare minimum. It's frightening because Medicaid health records can reveal other undesirables, like trans patients receiving gender-affirming care, the doctors prescribing it, and patients diagnosed with autism, ADHD, or mental health issues. It's a list-making goldmine for the regime.

Well, they haven't listened to court orders before. Why start now?🙄

I'm sure they regret it though. I can only imagine the guilt they must be feeling.

This is a serious concern states claiming ICE pulled Medicaid data despite a court order raises questions about legal compliance and abuse of power.

Access to Medicaid data is vital for public health and privacy protections; pulling it without approval could have serious consequences.
