A cargo vessel carrying cement and flying the flag of St. Kitts and Nevis has been hijacked off Somalia’s coast, a local maritime security official said Monday.

I hate that the sand required for making cement is a limited resource. You'd think it wouldn't be, because sand is sand, right? Nope. It requires a specific type of sand which is only getting rarer as it gets depleted, to the extent that there's a black market for it. 😮‍💨
