Same but I mean unfortunately in the greater middle east the answer is generally "yes" as in lot's of fighting and in-fighring and foreign intervention. Just be glad you were not unlucky and born somewhere like that....or many other places for that matter....

US forces were stationed at the base that was targeted, so it was probably PMF or some other pro-Iranian militia trying to kill Americans.
