At this point it's inevitable all desalination plants in the mid east will be targeted

If that happens the Syrian refugee crisis will look like a joke. Given the rise of right wing populism in Europe since then I wouldn't be shocked to see armed border guards gunning down millions of refugees in a year

Luckily Iranian refugees will integrate much easier.

How soon are all these non-Saudi gulf states going to be put in poorhouses? Because they clearly have no other economy besides oil exports

Note that that’s a petrochemical facility — NOT a refinery or other piece of critical energy infrastructure.

Probably a part of their missile manufacturing chain, these were high priority targets for the Israelis, pretty sure within a week they won’t have any military industry left.

I wouldn’t be pretty sure of anything at this point. We’ve incurred the wrath of generations. Heinous shit has happened all over the world for a long time with US dollars. Now a lot of Americans know or have a clue, but generations of bully victims aren’t waiting for us to figure it out.

Prices of petrochemicals have been down the drain since Saudi Arabia, Iran and now China expanded their production. I hope this is just a random fact and doesn't have much to do with why this facility was attacked.
