Orange Felon is the most selfish creature I have ever seen.

Barron probably isn't going to be much better.

Biodiversity1001 Mar 28, 2026 +232
Baron reported an assault he witnessed on a video call with a girl he met through social media. Her boyfriend, a Russian national, was beating her up for Baron to see to humiliate her, supposedly, but just curious why Baron is meeting people through social media who are associated with Russian nationals...?

Kakistocracy_0 Mar 28, 2026 +169
why do you think? his family serves Russia. they finance Dump businesses since the banks won't. (see Trump family robbing children's cancer charities in NY for more on this.)

Trump and his orbit have been friends with Russian financials since the 90s

BriefausdemGeist Mar 28, 2026 +36
British authorities have since disputed that story. Also he’s allegedly committed quite a lot of insider trading in the open
36
TinyZoro Mar 28, 2026 +14
He’s already outclassed his dad with that. Maybe there is hope for him.
14
Gunter5 Mar 28, 2026 +39
I think anyone born into such wealth will have a skewed view of reality, odds are against him
39
TinyZoro Mar 28, 2026 +6
Odds are definitely against him. But it is honestly the kind of an example of doing the right thing when it will make you look terrible in front of everyone you know that basically no one knows about themselves until you’re in that place. So I’m not going to hold back from giving him props for it.
6
andyraylan Mar 28, 2026 +5
I agree. If the reports about the incident are correct, he had very little time to act and he didn’t seem to hesitate. He did the right thing.
5
UnNumbFool Mar 28, 2026 +33
I doubt it, it was an oped piece put in multiple news sites when there was a lot of surrounding negative press on baron(a lot of the he's financially benefitting from the family, and more stories of him being a sociopath) The reality is whatever did happen, if it did happen, was definitely written and manufactured in a way to make it sound like he was a "hero"
33
Slumunistmanifisto Mar 28, 2026 +13
Exactly, why would we know about this otherwise
13
Prestigious_Chard_90 Mar 28, 2026 +9
I was about to write the same. A bit sus we hear about his just days after the alleged super duper insider trading that for sure happened and the clamouring for him to enlist and clear the Strait of Hormuz with dad.
9
shouldbepracticing85 Mar 28, 2026 +3
Yeah, given some other bits and pieces about him… my money is he paid the guy to beat her, then called the cops on the guy either because Baron is just that much extra at being a sociopath, or the guy threatened to blackmail Baron. Doing the right thing for the wrong reasons.

It was shortly after it came out that he was torturing small animals wasn't it?
2

Nah don’t let him off the hook that easily. He just didn’t want his mail order bride to come in damaged

I can't front that whole story feels super, super fishy.

It’s a dreaming to think any member of this family would be anything other than trash. Look at the precedents.
6
oculeers Mar 28, 2026 +14
The best outcome would be for him to f*** off so we never hear about him again. Also, Uday and Qusay Chump need to be investigated for financial crimes, along with Jared "Slenderman" Kushner and his wife.
14
strangedazey Mar 28, 2026 +3
I did a spit take at the "Slenderman" name. Omg, 😄!!! I always thought he was a dead ringer for the doll in the Boy. They're both creepy
3

It's been pretty well reported that he tortures and kills animals.

30
Abba_Fiskbullar Mar 28, 2026 +7
I believe someone checked and found that he kept it. He says a lot of shit.
7
theartificialkid Mar 28, 2026 +2
Tip jar is a massive overestimate. He and his cronies made hundreds of millions of dollars on the Iran announcements *last week*. They’re almost certainly into the country to billions or tens of billions since he was elected.
2

Probably donated it to himself and his scam charities, just like Elon Musk. I’ll actually assume all billionaires donate to themselves or a family member.

Probably just didn't even donate it at all. Rumour has it, the man lies on occasion!
2
Biodiversity1001 Mar 28, 2026 +29
Ya they are HIS golf courses and the gov't has to pay for his goon squad to set foot on them to guard him....so this cost is actually mostly going to his own company to boot.

It’s ok he switched from expensive pens to sharpies. That should balance it out

Especially when there are secure, safe, local golf courses THE POTUS can play in the DC area and save us all a ton of money. So POTUS is billed for food and toiletries and stuff within the residence. I believe a bill should be passed that also adds the POTUS must personally reimburse the US treasury for any travel to their own home or personally owned property while in office. Vacation is great. But if you own the property or it is your designated residence that is personal travel and the full cost should be billed to the POTUS.
29
LoadedSteamyLobster Mar 28, 2026 +5
And idiots will make some dumb argument how if you do that you won’t attract the best of the best, as if that’s not already a huge issue

It's worse. Most of that is to his own facilities. Thats why they fired all the inspectors.
18
Jesusland_Refugee Mar 28, 2026 +17
This is on top of the ~250m he spent to golf in his first term. We're on track to spend over half a billion for his golf habit easily.
17
UnNumbFool Mar 28, 2026 +11
You got to admit it's pretty impressive that he managed to spend 40% in one year of what he previously did in 4. You know on top of all of the other massive illegal amounts of grifting and profiteering he's managed in this single year
11

8

And the best part is, he certainly arranges a ton of business deals and god knows what else from these trips. These trips aren’t just about playing golf. So tax payers are literally paying for him to make even more money
13

8
zubbs99 Mar 28, 2026 +4
I remember when it became almost immediately apparent that Doge was at best a sideshow, and more likely outright fraud. Any attempt to point this out to Maga's resulted in "Well at least Trump is trying to do something!"

Please pass a law capping this kind of spending to a reasonable level. Something like 1/10th of this. The is entitlement, greed and selfishness on a grand scale. All while Americans are suffering. The shame!
337
AnonymousCelery Mar 28, 2026 +35
Absolutely needs to happen.
35
DrumsAndStuff18 Mar 28, 2026 +86
The American people shouldn't pay for any president's leisure time. Pay SS to do their jobs, any use of AF1 or Marine 1, but the rest of it the POTUS can pay for out of their [also taxpayer funded] $400k annual salary.
86
Dominos_Alt Mar 28, 2026 +38
those things you listed are what drives the cost
38
DrumsAndStuff18 Mar 28, 2026 +24
Him using taxpayer money to house and feed the SS and anyone else in the "detail" in his fleabag hotels or trashy home in Florida are also adding extra expenses, especially since MAL requires extra security measures. That much of it is directly benefiting him, too, is a huge insult to the taxpayer. There also need to be limits on how often a POTUS fucks off on personal travel per term to cut down on the frequency of these kinds of abuses. Sorry, any future presidents (assuming the GOP doesn't just get on with fully ending democracy), but Trump ruined it for the rest of you -- now you'll get X number of days per year/term to travel for non-presidential/governmental business.
24
Prince_Uncharming Mar 28, 2026 +5
> There also need to be limits on how often a POTUS fucks off on personal travel per term Well generally you’d think that’s implied by it being *an elected position*. Trumps base simply doesn’t care he fucks off golfing. We don’t need these limits codified, people just need to vote.
5
DrumsAndStuff18 Mar 28, 2026 +10
No, clearly, we do need them codified. Notice how norms stopped existing the moment someone like Trump simply chose to ignore them?
10
Prince_Uncharming Mar 28, 2026 +4
Trump chose to ignore them because the people and the Congress allow him to ignore any normal decorum. Hell, even if it were codified this Trump presidency would simply ignore it like they ignore other laws that Congress refuses to hold him accountable to.
4
JUST_LOGGED_IN Mar 28, 2026 +4
Sounds like there is no good reason not to codify it then. Are you worried that it would waste lawmakers precious time to draft up such measures? Because currently the House is on another 2 week vacation, notedly after not ending a government shutdown, again, and, thb, I really think it is kind of their job to draft these things up and either vote yes or vote no on them. Specifically things that check the power of another coequal branch of government. That is very, very much their f****** job.
4
jcouball Mar 28, 2026 +18
Yes and Trump’s properties pad the cost as well.
18
Kakistocracy_0 Mar 28, 2026 +5
there is clearly no shame there.
5
BishSlapDiplomacy Mar 28, 2026 +4
1/10th of this is still $10m which is absolutely insane amounts of money to spend on a President’s hobby.

$100M this term. It was $150M last time. He’s also added how many $T to the national debt? We’re 100% in a depression (it’s when a recession lasts longer than 2 years)
136
AnewTest Mar 28, 2026 +32
Yeah, and that was $150M for *four years*. This term isn't even half over yet, and he's almost reached that level of spending our money.

Was also trying to figure out what they meant by spending money at a country club he literally owns.
2
Wild_Read9062 Mar 28, 2026 +18
It’s always difficult for me to imagine anyone who lives and thinks like this: completely oblivious to the waste and damage they inflict on everything. One could argue that these aren’t actually expenses, because these government workers would still be getting paid. But here’s an interesting part: Trump charges the Secret Service to stay at his golf resorts every time he stays- and they don’t get a d*******. That’s real money that leaves the nation and goes straight into his personal pocket. Money that didn’t go to your local schools or roads or fire department or roads or anything. Money that went to maintaining and army of people to service one man’s playtime. But god forbid a dirt poor family on SNAP buy a birthday cake for their child. That’s  waste in a Republican’s eyes. This is how wealthy Americans see the world. This country cannot sustain these kinds of people.
18
Omarkhayyamsnotes Mar 28, 2026 +37
Forget funding SNAP. honestly f those hungry children. Trump needs to golf. 100 million on golfing. That your taxes paid for
37
Omarkhayyamsnotes Mar 28, 2026 +12
F lower insurance costs. F your budget. F inflation. Trump needs to golf. 100 million dollars of taxpayer funds. Say it again with me. 100 million of tax dollars lifted from the middle class
12
Omarkhayyamsnotes Mar 28, 2026 +8
100. Million. on golfing. That's more money than any of us will earn in our lifetimes. When you laugh it off and say "boys will be boys" understand that he is stealing from you. 100 million on golfing. I swear upon my mother's name that you will never earn that much in your lifetime. And he casually spends it on golfing from the US treasury. That's stealing from the American people
8
Omarkhayyamsnotes Mar 28, 2026 +3
When you struggle to pay your taxes this year, picture Trump golfing. When you can't afford gas or groceries, picture Trump golfing
3

It's only about 30 cents from every single American. Clearly not a problem at all... /S
2
Rethink_Repeat Mar 28, 2026 +12
100 million to play on his OWN golf courses, lol.
12
TotalProduction Mar 28, 2026 +11
It is the most predictable 2026 move possible. The President bypasses Congress to initiate "Surgical Strikes" in Iran, gas prices jump 40 cents overnight despite domestic reserves being at 90%, and CEOs start blaming "Geopolitical Instability" while they buy back billions in stock. The Dems are right to call for prosecutions—this isn't just "The Invisible Hand of the Market," it’s a Coordinated Cash Grab. You can't start a war and then let your biggest donors use the smoke as a screen to pick the pockets of every American at the pump.

4

Doesn't a large amount of that money end up in Trump's pockets? I know at Mar-a-Lago they charge secret service for everything from golf cart rental to food for the agents.

You must be new to grifting of course it goes to his pocket
2
black_hawk3456 Mar 28, 2026 +6
Out of curiosity I had to look up how much Obama spent on golf because you know it would be the rights first go-to counter argument. It was $89 million *throughout the entirety of his 8 years as President;* $11 million a year. Trump has spent 10x Obama’s annual cost in just over one year.
6

I guess people should have actually voted for Harris rather than looking for any reason they could come up with to sit out the election. It's like some people intentionally try to screw things up so they can spend the next 4 years bitching about how screwed up things are.
8
Aggravating-Pear4222 Mar 28, 2026 +4
Bitching online makes people feel like their voices were heard and so they feel they made a difference. They liked posts and shared them, after all. If people want I can share the study that showed how true this effect is. But it’s easier to b**** a few minutes every day than it is to go out and vote. I wouldn’t be surprised people are emotionally drained by the time voting days come around. Much of a campaign via social media manipulation and algorithms is to make the other side less excited to vote rather than convince them to vote for your candidate. Naming this effect/strategy alone is enough to diminish it, as is the case for many struggles people face in life. Welp! I’ve done my part!

4

Obama used to golf on military bases to lower costs. Trump purposefully golfs at his own courses to get money.

Anybody got the clip from his 2020 campaign? In response to a reporter it goes something like this: Golfing? No, I won’t be golfing. I’ll be too busy working to go golfing.
3
wonkyt Mar 28, 2026 +3
Key quotes and criticisms from Donald Trump regarding previous presidents golfing include: On Obama's work ethic: "We had to tell Obama, 'You're not supposed to be playing golf... You have a country that's falling apart'". On time management: "I’m going to be working for you, I’m not going to have time to play golf". On the optics of golfing: Trump criticized Obama for "once even teeing off immediately after announcing the gruesome death of a great young man by ISIS!". On his own hypothetical golf habits: "If I win I may never see my property – I may never see these places again... I just want to stay in the White House and work my ass off". On Obama's frequency: "Can you believe that, with all of the problems and difficulties facing the U.S., President Obama spent the day playing golf".
3
adm010 Mar 28, 2026 +3
If i was president, id spend most of my time in the White House with occasional trip to Camp David for a break. The amount of effort by so many people just to move him around in AF1 just to play golf! Its nit like he works long hard stressful hours

This is the same guy that was whining about Obama spending too much time golfing. Golfing that he mostly did on golf courts own and operated by US military bases. Thus no extra fees or secuirty measures needed. Meanwhile Trump has almost exclusively used his own golf courses, billing the US government for his trips. The guy that said he wouldn't get time to golf. As he would be too busy working. Obama's 8 years of golfing and Hawaii trips over 8 years? [They cost a total of 85 million USD](http://afr.com/world/north-america/barack-obamas-8years-of-golf-hawaii-vacations-costs-taxpayers-us85-million-20161229-gtj4bi). Trump's golfing alone has surpassed that. It does not include the next 2.,5, nor holiday trips he's taking by himself. Not counting all the other channels he's used to milk the US federal and state budgets, while selling US power/reputation/service and pocketing it himself. There's honestly few leaders that matches his level of corruption. Most of them having been slained by angered mobs.

Don’t forget they are on his properties, so all the money spent to house and feed security and staff go right into his pocket

As a comparison Obama spent around $90M over 8 years while Trump is on track to spend $300M just in his second term which doesn't include the first 4 years at $150M

> his 110th day on a golf course that he owns That taxpayer money is going directly into his own accounts as he never divested himself of his business holdings in a flagrant violation of the Domestic Emoluments clause in the Constitution, and is enriching himself by charging exorbitant rates for every single member of his security and entourage who has to stay on his properties for these trips too. Just blatant, flagrant criminality.

Why are we paying for his hobbies? You should only get 2 visits home a month paid by tax payers, after that is on Trump to pay.

Does he even enjoy golf? Is he a good player? Or is this just a money laundering scheme?

Fiscally responsible bullshit. Don’t ever give any republicans any value when they say they’re worried about fiscal responsibility. The trump presidency has been the most wasteful, harmful spending in American history. These two faced assholes have zero merit to any claim they ever make
2
hermitix Mar 28, 2026 +2
With the amount he plays, you'd think he wouldn't need to cheat at golf.

The overwhelming sentiment among the majority of white voters across all three elections: 'At what point do you realize we DGAF? We admire Trump because he embodies the qualities we aspire to possess. Trump takes delight in the harsh treatment directed at LGBTQ individuals, people of color, and anyone else who isn't with us. A sentiment that resonates with us as well. While you may continue your protests and vocalize your dissent, the reality is that when it truly mattered, we turned out on November 5th, while you did not. Prepare for the ongoing cruelty and deportations. We face over three more years of beatings and confinement, and we are just at the beginning. Among those who voted, the majority of white men and white women voted for a racist, fascist, sexist, war-mongering kid rapist and kid killer in 2016, 2020, and 2024. *It was never about the price of eggs or gas.*

drop in the bucket compared to cost of billion dollar a day illegal war, questionable deportations of American citizens by 75 billion dollar ICE brown-shirts, and increased spending of tariff funds despite being levied illegally by President overstepping his authority. Wait till Democrats ever come back to power and hear MAGA scream about this.

Everything about this man is simply engineered to steal as much resources as possible from the public. It is a microcosm of what the rich do but much more nakedly and out in the open. I hope to god that this man's habits become tied up in the public's memory for a very long time so we can see the pattern of all the other rich people and prosecute accordingly.

2
Ayitaka Mar 28, 2026 +2
His supporters will point out how altruistic and selfless this man is because he foregoes his Presidential salary, and since they cannot do basic math they honestly believe $400,000 per year offsets the multi-millions per year his golfing, family and friends secret service details (especially forced to stay at his properties for a price), etc. And none of that includes the periphery expenses he incurs such as retrofitting a gift plane from another country to make it safe for a President (which is somehow only him btw) even while another Airforce One was already being built and paid for. Dumbest con man in the world found the most grift-able followers he could ever wish to find.

Kharma-Panda Mar 28, 2026 +2
Someone should suggest to him supporting a new amendment to the constintution that can even be called the Trump amendment. It would forever outlaw every single loophole, gentlemen's contract or whatever that has allowed this to happen to the country, a fix it for all the shit that has happened since 2016. Imagine how hard that would be for him to ignore, his name forever written into the constitution, that would ever prevent another him from happening, an exclusive club of one that nobody could ever join. I bet he would go for it, a pull the ladder up after I climbed it solution.

If the average WW2 veteran were reincarnated to their living room couch and the TV is playing a montage of Trump's hits from asking Russia to help him in the debate with HRC, to his Normandy statement to Gen Kelly about how only losers would serve, to J6 rally and insurrection, etc...not that the GOP actually gives a shit about veterans or government service.

As much as him finding a way to monetize his leisure at our expense disgusts me, I’d much rather have him golfing than working, and far away from deciding anything with consequences for the rest of the world.

That's chump change considering all the other grifts he has done, market manipulations, etc. and also the damage to the US economy with his tariffs and war.

Running up the tab at his and his friends resorts. Probably charges for all the secret service agents that are present. Nothing like padding your books with tax payer dollars.

Loved landing at PBI this morning and seeing Air Force One. Golf is more important than war apparently.
