If Ted Cruz left his home state...Is Texas having a storm right now? Cruz always runs away from his state during hurricanes.

I think it's a square/rectangle kinda think, if there's a storm he's left the state, but just because he left the state doesn't mean there's a storm.

You know- I finally understand how he wins. If Ted Cruz promised to stay the eff away so I didn't see him around town, I might vote to send the dude to DC/Cancun/the space coast for the majority of the year. Brilliant strategy...

Because DHS also includes things like FEMA and the Coast Guard. It's a bunch of barely related agencies shoved together into a big pile. ICE and CBP are really awful. The other agencies I mentioned are not.
