Isn't it crazy that we have now trillion dollar companies on stock market, ultra rich are richer than ever but yet basic food and water problems are somehow worse and worse. So much for BS trickle down economy...

If billionaires actually created jobs or benefit the economy, why aren't jobs 100x more prosperous now that there are 100x more billionaires with 100x more wealth than 1980s?

25% of the world was starving in 1975 and now only 9% are. Things have not gotten worse and worse.

Is 9% of the population today more or less people than 25% of the 1975 world population?

Less. The population doubled in that time and 9 is less than half of 25.

Another big issue is population growth. If we feed 100 million of those people temporarily, they may feel secure enough to have children whom we have to feed later too. Depending on the culture that could be another 100 million, maybe 200 even.

On the other hand, if we feed those 100 million people long enough, they may enter the work force and create farms and businesses that can self-feed 100 million people and their children too. Depending on the culture of the aid program, that could be more than 100 million people finding success, maybe 200 even.

I'm so thankful "pro-life Christians" are focused on forcing women and children to give birth against their consent instead of fixing this. /s
