I am assuming they mean: USA not looking after their own which creates a reservoir of infection USA is a wealthy country which means that they have a reasonavle % of their population that travel internationally Foreigners are seen as s***/the travellers find the population of the country they are travelling to s*** Sex Happens, probably typically higher risk sex too Infection passes Traveller continues to have sex with multiple partners during trip
