I remember watching this movie in the theater and while I mostly enjoyed the film, this ending is really what made me love this movie. It's so visceral and yet at the same time it's almost joyful. The way the shot distorts and becomes almost surreal at the end is one of the best ways I've seen a film show us a character's mindset.
yeah that ending is what stuck with me the most, it just feels raw

That scene felt less like watching a character and more like being inside their head for a few minutes

It really does. Such a great visual representation of how he's feeling.

This movie really stuck with me.
I talked a few friends and partners' ears off going on about pressures, catalysts, who was "at fault", how each character might have been thinking, where the chain of events could have been broken if at all. It really does an incredible job of avoiding an easy moral conclusion.
