I have to assume Steve Coogan is going to be hotel staff. He would make an amazing Fawlty-esque manager.

MissingLink101 Mar 30, 2026 +74
Him and Helena Bonham Carter seem like a perfect couple as guests though. I reckon Vincent Cassel could be the hotel manager.

domromer Mar 30, 2026 +13
Ohh good call. And then Coogan and Carter would be the super-rich couple or maybe the non cash rich and in trouble family. Argh I can’t wait!

Astrosaurus42 Mar 30, 2026 +3
HBC played a twisted hotel manager alongside Sasha Baron Cohen in Les Mis. I could dig seeing her in that role.

Him is really good.
1
loogabar00ga Mar 30, 2026 +1
Perhaps, but he's also excellent for drama such as The Trip.

shepbestshep Mar 30, 2026 +75
Heather Graham is perfect for this type of show

Excited for her comeback!

Heather Graham will be awesome

bfhurricane Mar 30, 2026 +46
I never thought she had tremendous range, but she can play a very specific role very well. Kind of like Jennifer Coolidge. It’s the kind of actor you need to write a role and dialogue around. It’s less of a criticism and more of an excited “I hope they use them well” thought.

MissingLink101 Mar 30, 2026 +21
Same thing for Rosie Perez tbh

Winning and losing is all one big organic globule from which one extracts what one needs.
2
f-ingsteveglansberg Mar 31, 2026 +1
She is brilliant as a waitress and I hope she continues to be.
1
greennurse61 Mar 30, 2026 +3
Heather be thy name.
3
Upbeat_Tension_8077 Mar 30, 2026 +3
A younger her would've been absolutely perfect for a character similar to either Rachel from S1 or Daphne from S2, but I'm curious to see what type of role she'll play if it's different from those
3
hooplehead69 Mar 30, 2026 +1
Her AND Rosie Perez give me hope that this season will be amazing

GaryTheCabalGuy Mar 30, 2026 +204
The cast for this season is unbelievable
204
Despair_Tire Mar 30, 2026 +73
Every season I say the same thing! Last time I was stoked for Parker Posey and she did NOT disappoint.
73
HankSteakfist Mar 31, 2026 +14
I thought the Season 3 cast was stacked with Posey, Isaacs, Goggins and Monaghan and then Sam Rockwell came outta nowhere to deliver one of the most unhinged monologues in TV history.
14
Despair_Tire Mar 31, 2026
Omg that was so good. I can't wait for the new season!

True, she's such a scene stealer no matter where
4
ViciousNakedMoleRat Mar 30, 2026 +22
Do we know yet what will happen music-wise? I haven't kept up with news about the show since Tapia de Veer left and I'm a bit sceptical that they will be able to replace him adequately.
22
GaryTheCabalGuy Mar 30, 2026 +11
I haven't heard who the composer is going to be, but yah it will be tough to match what he brought to the show. It is HBO though, they have a history of solid soundtracks across most of their shows, so I am hopeful
11
Tomgobanga Mar 30, 2026 +31
Absolutely stacked
31
ymcameron Mar 30, 2026 +44
And that’s just Heather Graham!

WintersDoomsday Mar 30, 2026 -31
I disagree completely this is the worst one I’ve seen so far.
-31
whats_up_doc71 Mar 30, 2026 +14
There’s just so many people, not sure how they’re going to use all of them. Most of the best performances were surprises to me anyway so we’ll see.
14
GaryTheCabalGuy Mar 30, 2026 +9
Not a whole bunch of massive names, but packed full of talented actors that haven't necessarily hit it huge but have been great in other things. Which honestly is better for a show like this
9
Dahcchad Mar 30, 2026 -9
You know, I agree. Who is excited for d******* Brie Larson aka Heather Graham? Rosie Perez is the female equivalent of the Ryan Reynolds: she can only play herself and is terribly annoying if she isnt in a particular kind of project.
-9
tetoffens Mar 30, 2026 +7
What in the world do do Brie Larson and Heather Graham have in common? They don't do the same type of roles and Graham is old enough to be her mother.
7
Dahcchad Mar 30, 2026 -11
Blonde, expressionless, depthless, stone-faced actors?
-11
tetoffens Mar 30, 2026 +4
Have you only watched Captain Marvel if you think Brie fits that? Where that was literally how her character was written to be as someone who had her entire past and personality wiped? The only thing that actually fits her you wrote is blonde. And Heather is very smiley and goofy and the opposite of expressionless. What have you actually watched from either of these women? They have more in common in traits opposite of what you said.
4
Vandergrif Mar 30, 2026 +2
Aside from how ridiculous that is to start with, can anyone really be the d******* version of a different actor when they were doing it for *much* longer than the other one? Heather Graham's got *a full decade* of work on Larson...
2
Terrahawk76 Mar 30, 2026 +1
I think in terms of prestige, Larson has it significantly. She did win an Oscar after all. Also still sought after for things, the demand hasn't really been as strong for Graham.
1
Vandergrif Mar 30, 2026 +1
I suppose there is that. Still seems strange in regard to actors that aren't contemporaries of each other though, you know what I mean?
1
AnthonyRC627 Mar 30, 2026 +19
Who are they adding from Survivor ?
19
somebodysbuddy Mar 30, 2026 +28
I know Christian is not coming back, at least.
28
VengefulKangaroo Mar 30, 2026 +10
Probably Ozzy if I had to guess. Maybe someone else from Mike’s original tribe like Dee or Charlie.
10
Summerof5ft6andahalf Mar 30, 2026 +3
Ozzy makes the most sense, but there's only a few people I'd be genuinely surprised by.

So a Norwegian and a Swede, neat!
15
kiyonemakibi100 Mar 30, 2026 +74
Haven't they got enough cast members now for two or even three more seasons?!
74
Blahkbustuh Mar 30, 2026 +21
I was worried about this about 10 joining cast messages ago. At this point they’re up to about 50 stars. Season 3’s weakness seemed to be having more people than time to do things with them which led to a lot of loose ends.
21
Hot_Porking Mar 30, 2026 +11
Season 3's weakness was Mike White ratcheting up his fetishes to 11 in the script. We get it, you have a thing for incest, voyeurism and men exploring homosexuality.
11
JohnWesternburg Mar 30, 2026 +54
We'll spend 15 minutes with each character and you will like seeing their very minor personal development
54
kiyonemakibi100 Mar 30, 2026 +12
some of these characters will be lucky to get 1.5 minutes per episode at this rate
12
ContinuumGuy Mar 30, 2026 +6
I legit gotta wonder if we might get a case where a seemingly-major character is only in like one or two episodes before checking out, or they check in late in the season. So like you'd have a few main characters who there the whole time, but some of the supporting cast changes as time goes on, perhaps with those supporting cast members being future main cast in future seasons. Like, imagine if Heather Graham is only in the first episode of this season before she checks out after spending a day with some friend who just arrived... and then next season she's a main character. Hell, imagine if she just has one scene where she's checking out, has a brief conversation about something trivial with someone checking in, and that's it!
6
monsieurxander Mar 30, 2026 +16
That's basically what Sam Rockwell did. Shows up midseason to give that big monologue, then has a few minor appearances after that. And he got an Emmy nomination for it.
16
ContinuumGuy Mar 30, 2026 +12
To be fair, it was a REALLY good monologue.
12
Upbeat_Tension_8077 Mar 30, 2026 +19
I'mma need Rosie Perez to talk mad shit through all the spicy chaos of this season
19

I'm surprised I'm not seeing more love for Rosie, she's going to steal the show.

Wasn’t it mentioned that a ton of celebs love this show and are dying to be in it?
4
NOODL3 Mar 30, 2026 +7
It's prestigious, super high profile, pays HBO money, and shoots on location at gorgeous 5 star resorts. There's not a sane actor on the planet who doesn't want that gig.
7
ViciousNakedMoleRat Mar 30, 2026 +8
I'm listening to a couple of let's call them "liberal media elite" podcasts and I don't think I've ever heard any other show mentioned as often as The White Lotus. Because of the exposure to this specific audience alone, getting a role on the show is certainly very valuable for career and social status reasons.
8
GarlicRagu Mar 30, 2026 +3
I mean if I could get paid to work from a 5 star exotic resort, I would too. It isn't too shocking that the concept appeals to celebrities.
3
ctarman Mar 30, 2026 +2
Rosie Perez in this show actually makes so much sense, I can already picture the chaos.
2
Icy-Wing-3092 Mar 30, 2026 +2
They should add Jean Ralphio

I was just getting to the end of this comments section thinking "alright it doesn't look like my cup of tea or even remotely relatable but I guess I could at least check it out" and then I read your comment. You know what? I'm good.

Are they only just casting for season 4 now? As in they haven't even started shooting?

Heather Graham's comeback wasn't on my bingo card.

This show is lights out with the casting. It’s one of those things where you don’t realize how good it can be until you see it done really well.

Season 2 is the best imo
3
2347564 Mar 30, 2026 +1
I enjoyed 1 the most, it had the best balance of character drama and humor for me. But two was def fantastic as well. I also enjoyed three but it didn’t land the same as the first two for me.
1
SpudHawkins Mar 30, 2026 +1
Very cool. I'll start it when I get home.

Show is phenomenal. Season 2 is a masterpiece
4
John1744 Mar 30, 2026 +3
Yeah season 1 is fantastic and season 2 might be even better in some ways. Season 3 was good with some amazing moments but overall I felt wasn’t as connecting as the first two were.
3
Upbeat_Tension_8077 Mar 30, 2026 +2
Yeah it's really the finale where things kinda fall apart for S3 imo

I saw Heather Graham in From Hell recently and she was outstandingly bad. It made me realise I couldn't think of a single performance of hers I particularly liked, in anything. At best she is forgettable.

Twin Peaks, The Hangover

As much as I love them for how beautiful they are since I grew up with them, holy f*** are Heather Graham and Rosie Perez fun to see in movies/shows.. I also love Walton Goggins so I'm excited to watch this show for the first time, now that it's in season 4.
