I've been trying to find this song for years and can't track it down. Here's everything I remember:
\*\*The song:\*\*
\- Title: "Remember Me" (pretty sure about this)
\- Language: English
\- Genre: Acoustic ballad / singer-songwriter
\- Slow, emotional, bittersweet — about a guy leaving a girl, but peacefully, no drama
\- I heard it on YouTube around 2009–2010
\*\*The artist:\*\*
\- Male solo singer, appeared to be in his early-to-mid 30s
\- Looked possibly Australian (or British/Irish)
\- Short brown hair — not military short, think Justin Bieber length
\- Light stubble, like 3–4 days of not shaving
\- He was playing acoustic guitar in the video while singing
\*\*The music video:\*\*
\- Professionally shot, not lo-fi
\- Almost entirely set on a beach / by the sea
\- Sunny, warm, golden/sunset lighting — very beautiful scenery
\- Small, quiet, non-touristy beach — felt remote and intimate
\- Featured a woman — early 30s, blonde, beautiful
\- The two of them were alone on the beach together
\- Lots of happy, laughing scenes — but with an underlying sadness because he seems to be leaving her
\- He plays guitar on the beach while singing directly to/for her
\*\*What I've ruled out:\*\*
\- Not the Coco/Disney song
\- Not Blue Boy, Daley, T.I., Eminem, or any of the well-known "Remember Me" songs
\- Not a very popular or mainstream song — quite obscure
Any help appreciated — this has been stuck in my head for 15 years!
