Tracking sleep data for six months — what I found

The single biggest predictor of my next day performance is whether I got 7.5 or 8 hours, not workout quality, not diet. Alcohol destroys my sleep quality even when it doesn't affect total duration. Consistent wake time matters more than consistent bedtime. The data was genuinely surprising.
