There are some rich assholes that die early due to their sheer assholery. Steve Jobs is a great example.
He had an easily treatable cancer, but decided he could cure it himself with a fruit diet or some wacko bullshit. But in the meantime, he got himself on the transplant list in a bunch of different states by buying homes in them.
By the time it was too late, he regretted not getting it treated by actual doctors and then he died.

The host was asking about the Iranian people, who we haven’t heard much from because their internet access has been shut down. This is a setup for Trump to repeat his message about regime change, that their people were being killed before the war for protesting the monster in charge. Hopefully, now these people can rise up and take control of the country. It’s not going to happen because their population isn’t armed, but it is the perfect setup for that talking point.
Instead, Trump immediately talks about how good looking she is. He is basically there to sell the war to the American people, and he can’t help himself from being a total creep.
