I can't see this being anything less than 7-2. I know you have Alito and Thomas ruling with Trump, but who's the third? ACB, Kavanaugh, and Gorsuch are pretty strict constitutionalists and I really don't see any of them ruling in Trump's favor here, and there's no way it's Roberts. If I had to guess, *probably* Kavanaugh?
