Erikkka, who is running TPUSA, which is backed by donor billionaires and not a “grassroots” movement as TP would like people to believe, will have the money to throw at this. And, it will grab lots of media attention, which postures to the image they are trying to make as Erikkka as a mother, crying widow, and victim - just take a look at the letterhead… not sure what this comedians net worth is, but it’s going to hurt to be tied up in court for a very long time and pay lawyers before this gets tossed or successfully defended…
