Trump sent us in to war and decided it's a good time to go to a UFC match. If you support this man you're just dumb.

It was to stroke his ego. He usually gets a standing ovation at those things.

Some of the fighters also give shout outs to him. It’s embarrassing, it literally makes me get 2nd hand embarrassment for them 😅and just cringe when they do it but I figure it’s from all the punches to the head.

Same. They were insanely stupid to put their brand behind this f****** moron who has destroyed every brand he has ever touched.

Dana White’s brains must’ve been fried from the lack of hair and bright lights in the arenas.

Me also. And why I stopped listening to Rogan. When he started with the "Biden is senile" stuff I clicked off. Haven't watched ufc since either. Dana White is a Trumper and an a******. (Is that redundant?)
16
DarthCaligula Apr 12, 2026 +13
> f****** moron who has destroyed every brand he has ever touched. I wouldn't say destroyed, persay, but around the time that Donald Trump was inducted into the WWE's Hall of Fame, the WWE was at it's lowest it has ever been. In terms of viewership, attendance, etc. The mid 90s WWF was perhaps just a little worse.

I don’t know if you care, but it’s *per se*. It’s Latin for “by itself”, meaning “in itself”, “intrinsically”, or “in its own right.”

Crazy how that just got swept under the rug
15
funkymonk44 Apr 12, 2026 +146
Likewise. I spent years teaching my mom about mixed martial arts and we used to watch all of the fights together. Once Dana started gobbling Trumps c*** at the fights we stopped watching all together. My old muay thai coach just got drafted to Rizin so I'll watch their events and maybe get back into the sport, but I have no interest in supporting the UFC whatsoever.

Yep, the sad thing though is that UFC is just going to become more and more toxic because of it, because the only fan base they have left is toxic assholes.

That one fighter embarrassing himself by trying to rap shows the slow slide into WWE formatting
5

Same. MAGA has a strong following in professional and entertainment combat sports. Look at WWE and smaller corporations.
34
AmishAvenger Apr 12, 2026 +50
Believe it or not, wrestling fans were shown to be quite liberal…even comparable to WNBA fans. Yes, the company itself is MAGA. And the fans have booed when they’ve shown that stuff.
50
bxspidey76 Apr 12, 2026 +6
Nah WWE the company might be MAGA but im pretty confident the fans and also the talent prob lean 60/40 liberal

It ruins every event when he goes, I can't even watch. It's not just him, it's seeing people cheer for him and the fight announcers verbally fellating him
46
saltface14 Apr 12, 2026 +65
I feel like you also have to be a baseline level of dumb to actually want to get punched and kicked in the head as a career (and the UFC doesn’t pay them well either)

Mtndrums Apr 12, 2026 +16
I mean, I have a music degree and two computer tech degrees, and I was a hockey goon. Hell, I was playing hockey while in music school, which meant I got about two hours of sleep a weeknight during the season. I don't think it's necessarily being stupid, hell, you have to be intelligent to analyze how to get out of a hold. A lot of these guys come from rough backgrounds, where even if college is possible academically, it's an impossibility financially. They do this because it's their best shot of getting out of that rough place and try to find something more stable.
16
SpoilermakersWabash Apr 12, 2026 +27
I recently learned all states have different curriculums and text books in schools. That explains a lot to me.
27
All_Hail_Hynotoad Apr 12, 2026 +33
Which is why the US Department of Education, which has been so wrongly vilified by this administration, is so important. The agency’s job is to provide poorer schools with extra funding so they can afford more teachers, special education resources, technology, textbooks, etc. The agency also does research on education and learning methods. All things that states often struggle to provide. So remember, if you are unhappy with your state’s education system, blame your state, not the federal government. The federal government was trying to make up for some of your state’s shortcomings. Now it has been gutted and everyone will suffer.
33
Weekly_Rock_5440 Apr 12, 2026 +24
It even gets next level stupid, Have you heard of [Slap Fighting](https://youtu.be/YwNj8ZycZMI?si=Tb1RExCH4psZN_bS)? Just pure brain damage. If UFC wasn’t a sign of the Fall of Empire, slap fighting confirms it.
24
imrubbishattalking Apr 12, 2026 +9
Do not go down the slap fighting rabbithole!! Since the algorithm pushed slap fighting at me I am more than happy to watch as many people as are willing to do it get slapped right around the chops till they fall over with/out blood coming out of them. Fully agree, this is not a good thing and very much a bad sign of things

6
fredjutsu Apr 12, 2026 +26
Think about it this way - these guys are making peanuts, like $10K per fight, and have to beg Dana for crumbs above that. Dana is tight with the president. So they suck up to the president to help make boss look good, and maybe get a few crumbs more to pay their healthcare bills.

I’m not a cancel protest kind of guy, but I completely stopped watching UFC when the Trump stuff started. Not because of the politics, but because side of how f****** cringe these morons are.

Yup this is. The NFL blocked him from buying the Bills, also prevented Rush Limbaugh from buying the Rams. Augusta National also refuses to make him a member and that’s been something he’s been after for decades.

I never tire of watching the video of him when he went to World Series game 5 game in his first term. They put him on the jumbotron, he smiles and waves, then he hears the boos, and you can see him try to keep up the facade of happiness and then you just see him die inside.
12
thaulley Apr 12, 2026 +11
That was so much fun. He was seething. Poor thing had to go to a college football game in the south a few days later just so he could get cheered for that fragile ego of his.

A lot worse than *dumb*. We bombed a middle school, killing 165-180 people. Why? Why have [we spent $48.5 billion,](https://irancost.com/) and killed ~1350 people, and displaced nearly a million more? Why? There has been no rational, clearly-articulated objective, other than destroying Iranian missiles and driving our war funding through the roof. F*** these miserable, brainless assholes. How about we fund a universal healthcare framework, and education? Nah. Just kidding. Let's increase war funding by 1200 times, because it's good for business.
78
Ms_Emilys_Picture Apr 12, 2026 +37
I honestly believe that it's largely* Trump flailing and attempting to maintain power. He's just not all that bright. War-time presidents often get a bump in the polls, but that doesn't apply when you start a stupid war for no good reason. Also, he's openly talked about how Zelensky is able to cancel elections while Ukraine is at war. Once again, he doesn't take into consideration that Ukraine was invaded and it's not the same thing as invading a different country on a completely different continent.
37
allthegodsaregone Apr 12, 2026 +17
Are we sure he knows that Ukraine was invaded? Didn't he tell zelensky something like, you shouldn't have started this fight?

Milehighboots Apr 12, 2026 +24
My partner has been a UFC fan for years and years, and has recently said how off putting it is that they’ve aligned themselves so closely with MAGA. Last night I was getting ready for bed and moving between our room/bathroom, and saw one of the fighters talking to Trump. I thought of all of the parents whose kids were just sent overseas to fight in a war no one wanted, and them seeing this jabroni at a UFC fight instead of working to un-f*** what he had started. Even though most of those same people voted for him, I still felt deeply sad and angry for them and the rest of us who have been living in this shitshow for almost decade.
24
iiJokerzace Apr 12, 2026 +38
I don't think there is a word in the English language to explain just how dumb these people are. I'm seriously trying not to insult, i'm actually trying to be serious. It's like every single word that could describe cognitive dissonance combined into one.
38
Familiar-Flan-8358 Apr 12, 2026 +15
It makes sense though. The sport caters to people whom being punched repeatedly in the brain carries very little risk.
15

“You’re dumb” is possibly the gentlest way to describe the dogshit scum that are his supporters.
6
Rubicon2-0 Apr 12, 2026 +9
The worst thing is that most of the people in the future will talk about the bad things of the US people just because of one guy.... In my country, some friends already started, like "Its just Trump and his puppets.. other friends: Naah... all americans is like him." Bro, we just want to leave normal f****** live, its not that hard
9
Postviral Apr 12, 2026 +6
The American system enables and allows for people like trump to do what he’s been doing. Where’s the revolt? Where’s the general strike? As long as Americans are still getting their treats, the majority will do nothing.
6
eatthebear Apr 12, 2026 +16
Well, to be fair, they scheduled the UFC event before we went to war. Why should something as stupid as a war get in the way of a well-planned cage match?
16
Geralt_Of_Philly Apr 12, 2026 +19
Shouldn’t Trump be paying attention to the war instead of a “cage match?”
19
razz-boy Apr 12, 2026 +10
Huh? You’re saying that Trump already paid for his tickets before he started his war and it wouldn’t be cost-effective to not go to the UFC event now? How much is a UFC ticket vs war?

It’s his connection to the manosphere. Trump is a manosphere President. UFC is a strongly manosphere sport. It’s not a coincidence one of their events are being hosted at the White House. Watching men and women mindlessly knock each other senseless is their avenue into performative masculinity. Same thing with that “Til Valhalla” shit Patel did.

He gets treated like a toddler. Stuff like this makes him feel good, thus easily suggestible, and less prone to rash stubborn behavior that could end up getting our country more in trouble… in theory (that’s not going well) Assumption is the farther and less times he is from the levers of power/nuke button, the better… ugh, disgusting how he has to be treated like a man baby..
3

3

The only thing Idiocracy got wrong was presuming the president would care about the country at all. In the movie he’s genuine about looking for a solution, he should’ve been like “hurr I don’t care I got monnay”

Of course, UFC is essentially the Roman colosseum for MAGA chuds so it’s the only place people with kiss his ass and cheer for him.

tropicalcel88 Apr 12, 2026 +19
how is that “of course” when he was booed?
19
VlatnGlesn Apr 12, 2026 +17
He's rarely been booed at UFC events.
17
MonsterRider80 Apr 12, 2026 +10
It’s his crowd. I stopped watching UFC years ago because you could easily see even 10-12 years where the sport, its athletes, its owners, and its fans were going.

SortaNotReallyHere Apr 12, 2026 +76
That's not why they're booing that piece of garbage. It's amazing they let him out to public events like this. Anyone he has pissed off could get to him and get away in the resulting confusion.

ComfortablyNomNom Apr 12, 2026 +38
Not the no deal angle, but I'm sure the needless Iran war is the reason he's being booed. The one things Americans don't want is more decades long middle eastern quagmires that gain nothing.

Jerk182 Apr 12, 2026 +15
This man is insane and totally out of control. It’s like giving a baby a loaded gun.
15
PKblaze Apr 12, 2026 +41
The only reason he should be at a UFC event is to be in the ring.
41
frumpyfrog Apr 12, 2026 +18
I've never watched a UFC event, but I'd definitely watch that!

Bring back celebrity death match! 😆

vikkids Apr 12, 2026 +9
No one likes Trump. That’s why he tries so hard to force himself on everyone. His picture on currency. Name on the Kennedy Center, Archways etc. He know the only these things will happen if he puts his name on items. It’s so unearned.

ToolTimeT Apr 12, 2026 +7
UFC is just another signal of America in decline.

DarthDialUP Apr 12, 2026 +26
Wait a minute... Are you saying the NYPost is lying?!?! https://nypost.com/2026/04/11/us-news/trump-cheered-at-ufc-327-as-he-attends-fight-alongside-daughter-tiffany-secretary-of-state-marco-rubio/

Unfortunately it was a little of both.

Balla1928Aus Apr 12, 2026 +29
Yeah the boos and cheers kinda cancelled each other out. If he’s safe anywhere it’s with MMA fans.

NOTtheGoldenKnights Apr 12, 2026 +30
UFC fans are 100% some of the dumbest people you will ever meet. The absolute dumbest clowns.

BoxCon1 Apr 12, 2026 +11
I've been an mma fan for 15 years and seeing him at events turned me off and the redpill fanbase 🤮

AWinnipegGuy Apr 12, 2026 +7
Admittedly my best hearing days are behind me, but I watched the clip and heard a ton of crowd noise, but little to no booing. The arena is full of his base, so not too many people are going to go against the grain and boo him too loudly. Would bring a happy tear to my eye if it happened, but I think the idea that Trump got booed is mostly wishful thinking.

WastelandOfConfusion Apr 12, 2026 +4
The Nobel Committee needs to invent a new ‘Dumbest Man On Earth’ prize specially made for Donald J Trump.

>President Donald Trump was booed while entering a UFC event on Saturday night with his family walking behind him, just as news broke that negotiations between the United States and Iran had failed. >Vice President JD Vance announced the negotiations had stalled without reaching any agreement over the ongoing war during a speech in Islamabad, Pakistan, while Trump was walking next to Dana White at UFC 327 in Miami. >"The bad news is we have not reached an agreement," Vance said. "I think that's bad news for Iran, much more than it is for the United States of America. So we go back to the United States having not made an agreement. We've made very clear what our red lines are, what things we're willing to accommodate them on and what things we're not willing to accommodate them on, and we've made that as clear as we possibly could and they've chosen not to accept our terms."

There goes his shot at the UFC Peace Prize
4
Relevant_Fuel_9905 Apr 12, 2026 +4
This guy created an oil crisis and cost of living increase for no good reason at all. Booing is the least he deserves.
4
IlIIIllIIlIlllII Apr 12, 2026 +3
The fighters and the commentary almost blew him in front of everyone so take that as you will
3
Agitated-Bid-8472 Apr 12, 2026 +4
“While many in the crowd cheered the president, there were audible boos mixed in with the reception.” F****** bullshit misleading headline. F*** off
4
Jeanclaudegahdam Apr 12, 2026 +4
Its actually good for him to hear the people boo him. The people around him had been lying about the support of the american people. He needs to hear this.

CHEVIEWER1 Apr 12, 2026 +3
#Well deserved boos

jaycutlerdgaf Apr 12, 2026 +5
Trump has failed at life.
5
CFT1982 Apr 12, 2026 +13
I watched it live. He was boo'ed by maybe 10% of the crowd. It was overwhelming support for him
13
PointlessPooch Apr 12, 2026 +15
What does that say about the intelligence of 90% of UFC fans at this event…
15
adrinkatthebar Apr 12, 2026 +5
Also to note. It was in Florida.
5
mt8675309 Apr 12, 2026 +3
Shocking that a dip shit that’s crashing our country down the toilet hole would get booed by his own people.
3
SuperF91EX Apr 12, 2026 +3
What a repugnant piece of shit. Trump too.
3
nightchrome Apr 12, 2026 +3

MMAMMA Apr 12, 2026 +3
Its a far right sport now and its pathetic
3
TomeThugNHarmony4664 Apr 12, 2026 +3
The televised thing did NOT broadcast the boos that I heard. And then that Brazilian fighter went and held hands with him for what seemed like forever. Yuck. And there were at least four Trumps in attendance.
3
gardengirl99 Apr 12, 2026 +3
He's not getting fellated enough at his cabinet meetings?
3
vroart Apr 12, 2026 +3
Why was he at a ufc fight? The world economy is at risk
3
Scamnam Apr 12, 2026 +3
Priorities.. The same reason he golf's everyday
3
Desert-Democrat-602 Apr 12, 2026 +3
He should be booed and jeered wherever he goes. Worst. President. In. History.
3
Jmersh59 Apr 12, 2026 +3
Remember he only picks the best people for the job, and he's a deal maker, WINNING.
3
falsejaguar Apr 12, 2026 +3
He's had a great time playing golf so he needed to catch some night entertainment like any Emperor
3
Redegghead25 Apr 12, 2026 +3
Vance is the dumbest sumbitch ever. When I saw he was leading the negotiations, any potential for a positive outcome disappeared. If it isn't willful chaotic destruction that he brings, it's pure ineptitude and narcissism.

kelbelll14 Apr 12, 2026 +3
Sat on the Miami tarmac for an hour so he could attend a UFC match, entire airplane was throwing a fit
3
Skeezychickencream Apr 12, 2026 +3
How does he manage to go out to events like this and not get taken out?
3
OilMeUpStewart Apr 12, 2026 +3
F*** him. He needs to be arrested not boo’d
3
MattInWinnipeg Apr 12, 2026 +3
Trump was boo'd at our local Smitty's Restaurant, here in Winnipeg. As he appeared throughout on screen throughout the night lol.
3
Gogs85 Apr 12, 2026 +3
Who would have thought that ‘give us all the stuff we want and you get nothing’ would be an ineffective negotiating tactic.
3
No_Age5019 Apr 12, 2026 +3
You can't convince me Trump even likes UFC. This man brags about rubbing shoulders with opera singers, he doesn't care about these events.
3
Agreeable-Cake-812 Apr 12, 2026 +3
Hahaha these are usually his people
3
Puzzleheaded-Shift29 Apr 12, 2026 +3
Some fighters have concussion history where Trump was brain dead upon birth
3
ToolTimeT Apr 12, 2026 +3
I do enjoy how unhappy he looks.
3
SeminaryStudentARH Apr 13, 2026 +3
President McFailure can’t even get support of the UFC fan anymore. What a loser.
