Trump branding everything? Symone: he's a 'stain' on the GOP legacy
Trump expands his personal branding across federal institutions and symbols, pressing to add his signature to the U.S. dollar bill ahead of America’s 250th anniversary after putting his name on the Kennedy Center and other government landmarks. The Weeknight hosts respond.

Donald J Trump is a narcissistic psychopath who rapes children and slaps his stupid name on everything. Donald J Trump is a dumb f*** low IQ individual and so are all of his descendants.

The only thing to bear his name after he has died should be his public toilet of a head stone

He is the perfect summation of the GOP, he made their worst traits public. Look at how they all fall in line behind him or slink away and retire from office.

Correct. He is not a stain on them, he is their Messiah sent back to earth

I choose to look at the bright side of this obsession with naming everything after himself. We live in a time when he has the power to do so....and he does. BUT, there will come a time, where the de-Trumpification of the country will happen and all of these buildings/etc having Trump's name stripped from them will be part of national healing....a powerful signal that America's flirt with fascism has come to a close.

That would make me much happier IF the bill for the "de-Trumpification" could be charged back to Trump! And, no, I will not be holding my breath.

History moves quickly, even though it doesn't appear so. We will see a day when the crimes, corruption and depravity of the Trump era are shown in full light.

Even if the military were to remove him in a coup tomorrow and give him the Ceausescu treatment there's a long road to redemption for the United States. And it doesn't look likely. I'd put more money on his era fizzling out as he continues to lose his mind to dementia and eventually keels over with a stroke. And by then the damage will be way worse.

His name and image is already being straffed with excrement even before his Administration flees the US.

I still believe the most effective way to pay down national debt is to make Trump's grave a public urinal that costs $1,000 piss on. The cue would go from DC to LA.

He’s a stain.

wheresmyhome Mar 28, 2026 +1
He's a stain in the way a skidmark is. The problem is the party full of gleeful pants shitting voters that created the stain in the first place. You can throw out the underwear, but that doesn't fix the behavior that created the mess.

Or as some call him,' a blight on society.'

Not really. The GOP legacy has always been based on racism and theft.

Hopefully the turnout is stellar at tomorrow’s no trump day.

Of all the shitty things he’s doing, I don’t mind this at all. It’s an ugly and obvious display of megalomania that will continue to hang on the GOP’s neck like a dead albatross for generations as a reminder of their proclivity towards authoritarianism. The big golden ballrooms, arcs de triomphe.. that fat kletpo’s name on f****** everything… we all need to have this mental imagery every time Election Day rolls around.

The GOP doesn't care. In fact they are proud of it.

The GOP is the stain, Trump is the chunks.

No, he IS the Republican legacy and the Republican Party is a stain on humanity
1
idkwat Mar 28, 2026 +1
No, he is the GOP legacy. They embrace him despite everything he's done.

MentalDisintegrat1on Mar 28, 2026 +1
RICO him, his family and the Republican party.

He and his cult are a stain on humanity. There is nothing more pathetic than being a follower of that imbecilic fascist ferret-headed pedo. Nothing. It’s an indictment on our entire species that they exist at all.

There is no more GOP, there is only MAGA
1
tmountain Mar 28, 2026 +1
Came here to say this. The GOP is dead. It’s only MAGA now. They put all their eggs in this basket.

He’s a permanent stain in the US presidency & all history from 2017 forward. Imagine the shit show he’ll come up with for the 250th celebration!

Every story I read about him forcing his name onto things that can't fight back reminds me of [this](https://youtu.be/AYURxfaTdpY?si=r-qPIj3eF4sCxivT)

tmountain Mar 28, 2026 +1
Forcing people to do “things” is pretty much his entire schtick.

GOP had already been wearing shit stained pants before him. He’s just the never ending flow diarrhea adding to their mess.

Tomorrow: the United States of America renamed Trumpland

reddwatt Mar 28, 2026 +1
He is the exact same colour. They do nothing to rein him in or hold him to account. They are the same because they think they can benefit from his actions. They are putting themselves before the country and are therefor the exact same.

Every one of their presidents has been for the last 50 years and nearly every member of Congress

Just to clarify trump is the same stain except he's unpolished, he has all of reagan's racism and trickle down economics and all of bush's open imperialism, he's just open about it. Pretending that "this isn't us" and this is some anomaly or blip is a clear ignorance of the facts. And all you blue maga cultists. republicans  start these things and democrats keep them in place and continue them.  So the patriot act became obama's The Iraq war became obama's The total inaction on climate change became obama's The widening gulf between rich and poor became obama's Wake the f*** up americans
